I think of Beatty more as a top 12 or so LT rather than a RT but that's just my opinion.
He graded as +22.4 by PFF and excelled as both a pass-blocker and run-blocker. I would say he is a top 10 OT by that regard. If Fisher struggles at LT, Beatty can easily switch but I think Fisher can be just as dominant.

My mission for my O-line has been accomplished

2013 Starting OL

Joeckel - Silatolu - Slauson - Rinehart - Johnson

Pro: Younger, Talented, have some depth, and fits well in both zone blocking and smash-mouth scheme

Con: Unproven, Inexperienced and will have some growing pain

Conclusion: I might have sent away two All-Pro OL-men, but I have a good and young OL, which I can build around for the next decade

2012 Starting OL:

Jordan - Silatolu - Kalil - Hangartner - Williams

Pro: Experienced, Talented with some All-Pros

Cons: Aging, Ineffective especially on the right side, Injuries really took a toll on the OL

Conclusion: Age and injuries finally caught up with some of the starters along with inexperience for Silatolu, thus producing one of the worst OL in the NFL last year.

Whitworth-Osemele-Gradkowski-Yanda-Oher works for me :)
Yes, that is an elite line as well. I really hope Gradkowski can step in and be a solid center.

Since we're listing our units, as we do every time that someone puts theirs on paper, the combination of Dunlap, Grubbs, De La Puente, Evans and Cherilus should be a very formidable one.

I would be concerned with health and Cherilus has more bad play than good to his credit, but especially up the middle that is a strong group.

Thank you. Although to the defense of Cherilus, after accounting for his 2010 injuries, he graded out very well in each of his last 3 seasons, only once finishing outside of the Top 8 of his position, that being 11th. In fact, he was PFF's 2nd best RT in 2012, being especially terrific in pass protection, having allowed just 4 sacks and 27 pressures on a ridiculous 814 pass blocking snaps. The issue with his knee is concerning, but he has started played and started every game since 2011. Your point still stands in that My OL does have a few players who tend to find their nicks and bruises, so I'll definitely need a bit of depth. But the fact that this corps missed 2 collective starts last year at least helps pacify those concerns just a bit.

It was a little too obvious this year, you guys. Same GMs as last year too when you got us all good.
We got you guys good last year though.

That you did, mainly because it was done for the first time and it was well executed. It included a player that was bound to cause an outrage (Ray Lewis), the trade itself wasn't very lopsided from what I can remember and then you had Truth having this rare gift of being able to justify every trade possible with long-[profanity deleted] posts whether they make sense or not.
