[/quote]Are you sure? I went through and it and the 120th pick would be pick 26 in the 4th round which isn't the bengals...The bengals pick 21 in the 4th round therefore the pick would be 115 if I'm not mistaken.

They are projected picks. Texans will get a 3rd, Tennessee and KC will likely get 3rds as well for Finnegan and Carr.
