Here's how I'd like to see free agency handled:

Treat it initially as we did undrafted free agency where a team has say four hours to sign their guy. After the first round then it's simply a free for all. This way everybody is guaranteed at least one guy they really like and that guy will cost nothing.

I dislike the whole first come first served. Someone can truly monopolize that system. We can just do an enrollment as well and treat it like the draft but have a very short time limit so as to ensure the speed is satisfactory.

Yeah I agree. Set a time is fine. But to do a first come, first served policy is something I am highly against.

I'm fine with going 1 by 1 but you have to find some way to mix up the order a bit. You can't just go in draft order again it ruins the whole draw of free agency IMO.

I agree 100%. I'm not sure how we can do it but I do think it's time to scramble the order.

Have someone use the random number generator for each team? Just a suggestion.

Yes pick a date and time. Sign up to participate. Then this. 15 per pick if you can't be there give your top list to sonmeone trust worthy.

Lol, I expected Arthur Brown to be my worst getting him at #8 overall. He was a guy I absolutely had to have. I fell in love with a prospect. I guess that's how Jerry Jones felt. I really needed him to make my defense go. That's why I had to reach for him. I just didn't want to risk it. 

 

And that's fair on who you said was my worst. Lol, I bet Jerry Jones wishes he could have had Frederick where I got him, hahaha.

I have no problem with my ranking. I agree that I believe I will win the AFC South. That's a start at the very least. If you win the division you get a chance. That's all you can really ask to have.

It's definitely between the Titans and the Texans. You have a better QB though and you've closed the gap on defense, so you get the edge.

With the Texans, it's all about stopping JJ Watt. I'm hoping Roos & Walker can stop him. He is the guy you have to stop on that team.

No problem, I enjoy it. I like what you did with the Bears. There should be a good battle between the Bears, Cardinals, the 2nd place NFC South team, the 2nd place NFC West team, and perhaps the Vikings for the 2 wildcard spots in the NFC.

Almost. We still have the very last bit to go that we're deciding on. It should be done by this weekend. If you wish to clear things up, you can definitely take down the UDFA Sign-Ups thread. A few of the others could potentially not be needed, but they still could be of use.

Just start it and everyone gets to pick one player every 4 hours and they cost .5 stars each, so you can't hoard them without paying the price.
