Just in general anything that can be put to vote should have a designated thread. It gets lost in the discussion thread.

[/quote]ive just bumped the veto post. Done a count, its actually 2 0 ATM and you and sizzle are both definitive nos, so essentially 2 2.

I changed the Draft to be 5.5 stars....I really do think we need a separate Voting thread I am going to open this as well as a rules thread so people know where to look.

Well if someone wants to open one, first protocol is the cap carry over yes or no. First to 17 or 24 hour period and count the votes then.

I have a question regarding the star allocation for draft picks. I'm pretty sure most 3rd round picks have closer to a .5 star value than 1 star. Not a big deal, but with 3 stars for first rounders and 2 for 2nd rounders we are already basically at that 5.5 star draft allocation.

It's 2 stars for 1st and 1 for 2nd. The rest are 0.5

I agree this is a little screwy but we are adding the the 5.5 stars on to the cap to start at 127 stars under the assumption we cant be perfect...

You have to leave 5.5 stars for the normal draft, which is 1 pick in every round 1 through 7. You add or subtract stars based on whether you have more or less picks than the normal draft allocation. The values of the stars you add or subtract based on your picks are:

[indent=1]§ 3rd through = 1 star[/indent]

This lets you know many stars you need to leave for your Rookie class…You cannot gain stars by trading away your picks.

Last year was the higher numbers. We lowered it this year for the reason you said.
