Chiefs have already improved the offense by adding one of the NFL's best young LTs for a 3rd round pick and a late round CB. Adding Monroe for only 4 stars improves my financial flexibility now that I no longer need to franchise Albert.

A couple of years ago I traded away Andre Johnson and everybody was hating on me, so no more big name trades for me lol

I would have ignored it but the trade got vetoed, for being completely unrealistic lol

I think last year someone traded for Calvin Johnson and that got vetoed too

I disagree. The Titans are more predicated on defense at this moment than offense. I have a specific plan and I need to rebuild the offense to create it. I'm moving in a different direction from CJ2K and need a different kind of RB to make it work. Britt was traded because he's near the end of his deal and I have very nice receivers in Washington & Wright, whom I just drafted. I also got Marvin Jones, another good WR I liked last year.

I'm very pleased with the trade and feel like I can really move the franchise into a better direction. Hasselbeck is a serviceable QB.

I like the rules but my only issue is are we gonna use Spotrac over rotowrold for ALL cap related issues and if so could we get it edited to simplify this.

Quick observation about RFA. We should add in the original round tender for 1 star as well. If you use this tender just note what round the player was selected.

Are the numbers the same? My only issue with spotrac is they sometimes have incorrect contract info. Rotoworld is always spot on.

They are the exact same I suggest you check for yourself - the only difference is you get to see signing bonuses...So in the end it is better than you know how much dead money or wasted space you are creating when you cut big contract players

Just the [b]base salary[/b] as the bonuses would be dead money that the team keeps

Ex. If Ravens for some dumb reason cut Suggs they would save 6.4 Mill (or 6.5 stars) and the bonuses of 2M and 4.6M would still count to the books

I don't have the time but can someone update my post with all relevant figures, ie the 2013 franchise tag numbers, the correct drfat values, as well as all relevant links, like spotrac, and then also the original round tender for RFA.

Also maybe edit the cutting and trading explanations to ensure people understand that you ooh save the base salary not the bonus parts of their cap number.
