According to Ian Rapoport on twitter, Big Ben is expected to ask for a trade this offseason and they fielded offers for him last offseason. The Steelers would only trade him if they could find a franchise quarterback in this year's draft. He is not happy with the Steelers current situation, has problems with more than one coach. If they did trade him, the Cardinals could be a potential landing spot due to Bruce Arians being there.

I have no idea what the Steelers could get for him.

 

On one hand, he's a franchise Quarterback, on the other he's getting up there (a lot more wear than normal QBs), has extensive injury issues, would be expensive contract wise and could fall off any season.

I find it hard to believe the more than one coach part. They should have never brought in Haley. The fact that he specifically or someone specifically highlights Bruce Arians makes it even harder to believe that the he'd be that salty about someone else to ask for a trade
