Joe is getting his Payday
Ed Reed stays and grooms Omar Brown Allows us to add competition in the draft
Cary Williams will walk for a payday can be replaced with Jimmy Smith
Paul Kruger will walk for payday can be replaced with Adrian Hamilton (competition in the draft)
Dannell Ellerbe gets re-signed but I think we take a ILB in the draft because who knows what Jameel McClains's spine injury will mean in the future.

Consistency is the key factor here, there really is no reason to go gung ho and compromise our long term future, it would only set us back, and there is no guarantee that going it in the short term would reap the reward of another superbowl. And when you consider that it very rarely happens it makes even more sense.

If they want consistency to be in the hunt every year, Joe is going to need his play makers. Keep Boldin.
