I loved it. It was clearly a joke when first mentioned, then when Pitta said "really?" Joe started thinking on it a bit. Our usually calm QB was just excited and sitting on pins and needles for the last play. It was a great candid moment, nothing more.

In all fairness he was telling pitta birk yanda and oher to tackle him. Aint none of those guys catching ginn anyway. Just a joke amongst the offensive guys

Really. None of them has ever thought about taking a shot at his boss? Or flipping a cop off? Thoughts are not punishable. Everyone has them and they are not always nice. Even speaking them is okay. Just do not act on them.

I've heard that clip like 10 times now, and every time I do, it's more and more obvious that it was a joke, at least when he first said it. Unfortunately for Joe, he's got one of those monotone voices so you really have to have heard him speak for a while to know when he's joking and when he's not - just like that "I'm sure if we win, I won't have anything to do with why we won," comment last year.

None of them can. Visited their boards yesterday -unbelievable. Pages upon pages, still whining about the refs, cannot admit they lost. Actually have a thread longer than ours on there just totally bashing Joe for this.
