Joe Flacco actually playing well over a pretty extended period

236/397, 3086 Yards, 24 TD, 4 INT --> 100.0 QB Rating
If you average those figures out to 16-game season: 4115 Yards, 32 TD, 5 INT
Pretty impressive stuff he's kept up over the last span of games that equals 3/4 of a season.

Analyst, bloggers, random fools, will continue to pray and pray for his downfall but its always been clear what he is capable of and its clear that Caldwell knows the importance of rhythm for any qb.

I like to believe that the flacco and the offense we saw in the playoffs is going to be what we see more consistently of going forward.

I agree and would take it a further and say we're going to be exponentially better on offense next year once Caldwell and Castillo get a chance to work their genius with 100% control.

I agree...Caldwell knows how to properly use Flacco and wont hold him back with ultraconservative playcalling and unimaginative use of personnel. As long as we can keep weapons and a solid Oline, I think Flacco will really break-out and have a great regular season next year and for years to come.I like to believe that the flacco and the offense we saw in the playoffs is going to be what we see more consistently of going forward.

Forgot about Juan Castillo
Vick felt that had Castillo been left alone at ol coach they would have been better.
So my confidence went from a 9 to a 10.

I'm not praying for Flacco's performance one way or another, so that's just silly. This playoff run was really amazing, and while it might not have been surprising to those who followed blindly... it was surprising to me to see 3 and a half really great performances in a row against those specific teams. He did what we've wanted for a while... "just don't turn the ball over!" And he did so much more than that.
However, the last half of football he played this season(and most of the regular season) kept me skeptical enough that I wouldn't want to jeopardize the salary cap by paying him 20+ million a season...

Cam Cameron!
we all knew Cam was holding down this offense for quite some time.
With a full offseason without Cam, I think Joe can live up to his paycheck.

Since 2000, only one Super Bowl winning QB has played 4 consecutive playoff games with a passer rating of 100+.

Boldin.Wait until next year when Caldwell adds his own plays, I believe the bobble heads will be surprised how good our Offense will be, hopefully we can resign Bolden, and add some strength to the offensive line.

Oh I thought he was talking about the playoff stats of a certain Qb after his first super bowl win.
I guess I should have said en route to a Super Bowl win.
But yes, the answer is Joe. Brees only played 3 games in 2009 (all over 100.0).
