PURPLE Heart Award

10 posts in this topic

I'm giving my purple heart award to Ed Dickson. TWO BIG TIME CATCHES (one on third down, the other when he got his face mask almost ripped off) on that drive in the fourth quarter when the NINERS offense looked unstoppable, two huge catches to keep their offense off of the field. That third down grab where he got hit almost immediately after making contact w/ the ball and he bobbled it a bit but ultimately held on, I went N U T S, I knew how big that drive was and Dickson came up clutch. I believe those were the 2 biggest catches in the game (from someone not named Boldin)

Who do you give your purple heart award to? (Not Flacco or Boldin)

Jacoby Jones. He had an unbelievable night. He's turnt into one of my top favorite players, I would get his jersey next if I know he is staying here longer for sure.

And I really want a headband like his as well!

I love that pick.. Jacoby was an EXCELLENT pick up.
Our return game before he was apart of the team was awful to say the least.
Denver 70 yards, New Orleans 56 yards. MY BOY!

Anquan Boldin. His hand was made of gold. Everything that was uncatchable was catchable. He darn near caught every single pass that DB covered.

I say Boldin doesn't get enough love this post season. Serious props to Anquan.

Haha I see what you're saying. That's why I said your MVP not named Boldin or Flacco.
I KNOW and UNDERSTAND that Boldin was HUGE in our success this post season.
I don't want to lose him. Lol I'm hoping that Joe will take a tad bit less money to keep him around

It has to be Jacoby. He's been the biggest X-factor for this team all season long. Flacco and Boldin are the obvious guys who did their part and dominated, but Jacoby was a game-changer for us.

Heart > Talent

This is why Jerry Rice is better than Randy Moss, and why we're better than the 49ers.

Jacoby and Tucker!. Especially Jacoby had a few mistakes but he showed resolve and Made up for them shortly after! I love how we take Texans and make them SPECIAL. The seed just needs the RIGHT soil. This guy was the goat for Houston, and is a hero for Bmore.
