[/quote] Ozzie is not one to break bank over one player, Ellerbe knows that the Ravens could be primed for another run, and is his best shot at another run or two. all in what they feel they want to do. a lot of players go else where and have produced .. BUT their production has slipped since leaving Baltimore. (in some cases , not all)

I can see a scenario where Ellerbe leaves. I've been secretly worried about it for a while. I hope we can keep him.

Someone should claim him. Bradshaw can still be a good RB when healthy. It seems the Giants are ready to make David Wilson their number one running back. Personally, he will not make it past the Lions if they put in a claim for him.

It was reported last year that teams were interested in Jameel McClain and he ended up getting signed by us. But of coarse Ellerbe is more talented...it may come down to who do we keep Reed or Ellerbe.

They also have Andre Brown to pair with him so there two-headed monster still exists, but they probably feel Wilson has developed enough to take over for Bradshaw

This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone but the Chiefs are interested in trading for Nick Foles if he does indeed become available for a trade.

Personally, I think this would be a good move for KC as they would get their QB of the future, they won't have to risk over drafting a quarterback in such a weak quarterback class and can use that number one pick elsewhere, say Luke Joeckel.

Chiefs are pursuing a contract extension with WR Dwayne Bowe. Andy Reid was high on Bowe when he came out of LSU in 2007 and the two sides have met and talks will continue in the coming weeks.
