I was wondering about that. That came across my mind as I wondered what color the Gatorade was. I had a feeling Harbaugh told them not to do it. It seemed strange to me they didn't.Did anyone else notice that we never gave Harbaugh the Gatorade Bath? Bummer

I'd say a ring is a fine enough prize. I guess. Will have to check with John, can't speak for him...

At least Joe got his 'I'm Going to Disneyland" in.

Maybe we aren't the gatorade dumping type? It doesn't matter either way. Just another formality that's optional.

And Letterman tonight! I get up at 0 dark 30 so the DVR is set.

I was glad to see that today. We were wondering if they stopped saying that since we didn't see it last night...We really didn't see much at all last night at the end...Maybe we aren't the gatorade dumping type? It doesn't matter either way. Just another formality that's optional.

I know we did the gatorade dump on John last year against the 49ers, maybe he asked them not too because Jim would probably feel even worse, I don't know lol. It would of been cool if we did though.

a.) this one came right down to the wire; it wasn't like our last superbowl where the game was won by halftime, and the guys on the sideline had the opportunity to think about "how are we going to get billick with the gatorade?" at the end. by the time the clock hit zero, it was pandemonium and everybody was scrambling to celebrate with eachother.
b.) my guess is that coach specifically asked the guys not to do it, in the event they won. he was going into this game with a lot of emotion, and a ravens win would come at the expense of his brother. he wouldn't want to rub it in any more than he needed to that he was the victor, when they met for the handshake.

Of course. I think they gave Harbaugh a Gatorade bath after the week 3 Patriots game. Maybe the AFCCG too. I didn't even realize that yesterday though.
Off topic, Flacco is the first QB to wear 5 and win a SB.
