Terrible, terribe feeling to be a NINER fan last night. But feeling much better now. Especially moving forward. But that's not the reason for this post.

CONGRATULATIONS SUPER BOWL CHAMPION RAVENS!!!

Clearly the better team won last night and anyone who says otherwise was not watching. There will be some people who say that the "non-call" had something to do it, but somehow they conveniently forget that calls go both ways and that we were getting SPANKED 28-6. You don't build that kind of lead on lucky plays.

Sooooooo, someone gonna send me some crow to stew?

Thanks. To me, it looks like the 9ers could be really good for years to come. I don't know contract situations for your team, but if a majority of your peices stay together, my guess is you will win a Super Bowl pretty soon. Thanks again!

Very well said! & thank ya!

I would bet everything I had that the 49ers win at least 1 Superbowl in the next 3 years. So don't feel to sad, it's only a matter of time.

When you guys (49ers) were rallying I thought you looked pretty inevitable.

Thanks for being classy.

I smell a rematch next year -- and who knows? Maybe the opposite outcome.

It'd suck for us, but it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

Thank you for the post. You guys have nothing to be down about. If I am not mistaken, Division and Conference Champions? Made it to the big game? Niners are a very good team and have finally found the right combination. I see that team doing great things for years to come. See you next year!

Thanks for the respect, man. I was a 4th and goal away from feeling the way you are. Hold your head high. Your team gave us a heck of a run. My heart was pounding and I was very close to vomiting. Better luck next year, man.

Mad respect for the 9'ers fans, even with a questionable call *most* accept it for being what it is and say the refs made the right call by making no call. Last nights game felt like a real game to me, without all the ticky tack calls and the refs trying to leave their mark on the game. If the 49'ers play like they did in the second half the whole game then they easily beat us by 10+ points. Great game, and couldn't be any more proud of the Ravens. I'll leave my comments on Ray Rice to my self...

Hell yea, my wishes came true (well not really since my Giants didn't win it this year...lol) but you guys laid it on the Forty Whiners. Final score was close but lets be honest, if Goodell doesnt rig that blackout, the Whiners get blown out in embarassing fashion.

My heartfelt congratulations B'More!!! You were the underdogs all year, something we Giant fans can sympathize with and the Ravens persevered through it all, and the sweetest part of it (at least for me) was that you guys defeated SF en route to your 2nd SB title.

Flacco truly is a stud, and Jacoby Jones = whew that dude went off last night. Lewis gets to go out on top in what is an amazing cap to an illustrious career.

Once again my hats off to you guys, well-deserved champs! Enjoy the parade/festivities!!!

actually I think this was there one and only chance in the next few years, I feel the seattle seahawks are rising and and mean business in the next few years I could see them in a few superbowls, and then there's always the giants when they want to play.

After reading through some of the 49ers forum, you could talk some trash and I'd still like you than most of them, and that's with me living in the Bay Area. I actually saw one of GNielsen's posts on the forum and was pleasantly surprised. No crow for you.

It all depends on who gets hot at the right time. I think it's a lock that one of these teams....Ravens,49ers,Patriots,Broncos,Texans,Packers,Seahawks,Bears,Falcons,Steelers,Giants will win it next year. But alot of things could change until then. Steelers & Giants couldn't even make the playoffs this year. I just feel that all the teams listed above are so far ahead of every other team atm.

But I'm glad the niners came back and made it A closer game in the end.

I can narrow that list down to san fran, new england, seattle, new york giants, green bay and i'd say baltimore but no one defends the superbowl anymore the last time that happened was my pats in 03-04 and we didn't lose any players like baltimore are gonna.

I am really happy for your team and for Ray Lewis in particular. Not just because I was rooting for your team to win it all, but also because your organization is first class all the way. I'm glad that Ray gets to go out with a ring.

Congratulations, guys!!!!

I wanna say Congrats to all the fans and memebers of the Flock. We've had ups and downs, from bad mouthing Ed Reed, bashing Flacco, asking for Tyrod, wanting to get rid of Harbs.....to showing the world what we are made of on SNF vs the Pats, TNF vs the Browns, MNF vs the Bengals, all the playoff games and heavily representing in the SuperDome for the Super Bowl.

We are gonna have a lot of bangwagon fans as a result of recent success, but those of us that been here through the good and bad times since our last Super Bowl 12 years ago and we all know who we are, Congrats....we as a fanbase deserve this moment as much as anyone and I'm glad I can share it with all you guys and girls here. We bicker like family over various issues related to this team, but in the end we all want the best for this team "Haters" and "Apologist" alike.

It's been tough and down right heartbreaking at times...But our team did it and Ravens Nation is a extension of it. Congrats all.

I love it! I perused the Broncos/Pats/49ers message boards and its funny to see every fan base say they should be hosting the Lombardi over the Ravens. That the refs screwed them, that we got lucky, and they all say that they were the better team.

First off, they don't obviously know the Ravens history with the NFL. I highly doubt the NFL would rig a SB run for a small market team like ours (especially one they've always crapped on). Secondly, if they should be hoisting the Lombardi, why aren't they? You can go 16-0 and be the better team, but if you aren't getting rings, it don't matter!

Love it! Haters going to hate!

Hey, if we can't claim the SB Trophy from last year, then noone can take this from us. Tell em' line up and watch the throne, they'll get that chance next year.

You don't need a history lesson to know the treatment of NFL for our Ravens; if they ever watch any pregame show, post game show, or in game commentating, almost none of the commentator ever shows any love to the Ravens. That can obviously tell we are always the underdog, no media love, and small marketing organization.

So what? we are the best of the best 2012 with SB rings imprinted on our signature Ravens logo....haha

Great game, congrats for the win. It was hard fought, and could have went either way. One thing is for sure, the 49ers are here to stay! Kaepernick had a better game than we thought he would, and the game was very fun to watch once the power went out.
I will agree that it was hard fought, but there was only one possible outcome and we all knew what that was going to be. K-man like most of your team, is young and inexperienced. He got blinded by the big lights as did most of the 49ers. The Ravens being old like so many of the 9ers fans were fast to remind us, have been under the big lights for the last five seasons and to them it was just one more game. That showed in Nawlins. Had it not been for that weird lights out situation that lost us our momentum, it would have been a blow out, I have no doubt. Old guys take a bit longer to get that momentum back you know.

Your boys did good to take advantage of that fact. None the less, I have no doubt that we will be seeing you guys again on the big stage. And there is nothing to be ashamed of. Winning the NFCC is a very big deal, particularly considering the relative inexperience of your QB. It was just our year. You cannot refute that.

I am actually shocked at the difference in reactions. Steelers fans are basically sucking our balls, lol. Pats fans, meanwhile, are ultra bitter and butt hurt.
