You guys really deserved it by knocking off every top team in a tough gauntlet and actually sending a legend out on the biggest of highs when time and time again many legends don't get said honour. Hope we see you again next years AFC title game enjoy the victory.

I promise I come in peace. As a Steelers fan who appreciates great football, the Ravens certainly brought it for the play-offs and made the big plays when necessary. You beat Denver and New England on the road. There were terrific plays all the way around on both sides of the ball. I can say that you all deserved to win and earned it. In fact your team sort of reminded me of the 2005 Steelers when they did not look dominating during the regular season and then turned it on for Jerome Bettis.

A great rivalry requires both teams to be great teams that win it all from time to time. We have each won 2 since 2000. The teams play a very similar style of football.

Congratulations on a well earned victory and world championship.

Congratulations Ravens fans. That was an amazing game you guys played. I know most had difference of opinion on my posts but im not the kind to cut and run when my team loses. The niners forgot that there are 4 quarters in football and that is on the team. Congratulations and Im sure we might be playing against each other again. Still a 49er for life but it eases the pain just a little to see Ray Lewis go out with another ring. Enjoy the victory. See you next season.

When 49ers creeping up on us, I said to myself oh no although we've so many closed games in the season and post season. I say the power outage had regrouped and shifted the momentum on your team. Both great team fought to the end and I'm just glad we won and my heart almost fell out in 2min drive.....

PS: Your team are young and talented led by great coaches and i'll bet you'll be returning to SB in the near future.....

I am really happy for your team and for Ray Lewis in particular. Not just because I was rooting for your team to win it all, but also because your organization is first class all the way. I'm glad that Ray gets to go out with a ring.

Congratulations, guys!!!!

Flacco (9-4) is now tied for most playoff wins in his first 5 years with Tom Brady (9-0).

Great game, congrats for the win. It was hard fought, and could have went either way. One thing is for sure, the 49ers are here to stay! Kaepernick had a better game than we thought he would, and the game was very fun to watch once the power went out.

Thanks for the classy post. Ravens-Steelers is a rivalry born out of respect.

IMO the peak of the Steelers success has been between 05-2010. We were always nipping at your heels but the Steelers had the experience. They had the QB who could.make the crucial plays to win games.

We had to figure out how to beat the Steelers, because we know if we beat the Steelers we can beat anyone.

Ive.said it a million times, the Ravens and.Steelers play two super bowls every year. People overlook that all too often.

Thanks man. Your young team will be alright. Your young QB will too. The power outage definitely helped the 49ers regroup and Kaepernick to regain his composure. More experience will only improve that though. We might see you next season!

Terrible, terribe feeling to be a NINER fan last night. But feeling much better now. Especially moving forward. But that's not the reason for this post.

CONGRATULATIONS SUPER BOWL CHAMPION RAVENS!!!

Clearly the better team won last night and anyone who says otherwise was not watching. There will be some people who say that the "non-call" had something to do it, but somehow they conveniently forget that calls go both ways and that we were getting SPANKED 28-6. You don't build that kind of lead on lucky plays.

Sooooooo, someone gonna send me some crow to stew?

Nah, just some deer antler spray.

Thanks for being bigger than some other fans. You're team's young with a good QB. He has a lot of potential. Not sure if he will have the same success next year with a full offseason to study this pistol formation, but he's a good QB and I think you will be back in this position at some point.

Many thanks. A lot of times during this run we've had fans return to eat crow only to take a backhand slam as well. You seem to understand the concept of a football game. We appreciate the praise.

The 49ers will be back. Their arrow is pointing up with all their young pieces.

Good game Ravens. I am feeling depressed right now, so I will keep it short. I really expected the Niners to score at the end there. Would have liked to have seen what would have happened after that. Oh well. That game took years off my life for sure.

Congrats. If we had to lose, I'm glad to lose it to your team.

thank u classy fan, u said it 28-6 is not on lucky plays, the non-call thing there were contact from both players and crabtree was pushing off too so he's the agressor, stil 49ers are still great team they almost gave me heart attacks after the power surge.
