He says that this game will be talked about for decades!
And his record is at 8-1 or something?
Do you think this could be THAT epic of a game?

Berman had picked us last year to win it all.

Rarely does a team pull away from us, or we pull away from a team. Usually it's a game come the last drive.

Both teams, outside of the occasional veteran, are realativley young. Both have damn good QBs, and know how to play defense.
If you ask me, the next 10 years Flacco vs Kap will become Manning vs Brady.
Joe wins this SB, he gets into HOF consideration. Most wins ever in first five years is a HUGE accomplishment.
This is going to be one heck of a game.
Bird vs Magic
Kobe vs Lebron
Montana vs Marino
Brady vs Manning
Brady vs Eli.
Flacco vs Ryan (draft class)
and soon to be Flacco vs Kap
EDIT. Ok, that QB thing might be a little extreme lol, but I do think Flacco vs Kap will eventually become a household thing

But if our last meeting was any indication, this will be a tight game decided by one or two key plays
Joe Flacco, Super Bowl 47 MVP
Farewell to a legend. Thanks for the memories, Ray Ray!
If you woke up this morning, congratulations. You got another chance

Disagree...wouldnt be surprised if they moved on from Kaepernick down the line. This pistol offense nonsense is going to get old, the Qbs who run it will get too much wear and tear if I am the Redskins GM I am thinking of turning RG3 into a pocket passer next year, and defensive coordinators will find a way to deal with them. It will be the traditional pocket passing guys like Manning, Rodgers, Brady, Flacco, who reign supreme.

Of all the non believers in this team through the years, Berman has not been one of them.
Huh...I guess i never realized that! Ive never really been a fan of the guy to be honest but I may have to change my mind!

I disagree...I would be very surprised if Kaepernick doesn't last 3 years. The pistol offense is really just a formation for the 9ers, and to characterize their whole offense as a Pistol offense is a pretty bad misnomer. The modern NFL is filled w/ mobile passers, and has been since the days of Fran Tarkenton. Heck even our Joe Flacco isn't a statue in the pocket, and "traditional" pocket passers all have their own style.
Furthermore, its a myth that mobile passers are more injury prone. I do believe they are more likely to be injured, but they aren't more injury prone per se.
Look we love our categories and we all want things to fit into neat and tidy packages. I remember Rex Ryan used to laugh when people said we run a 3-4 defense. If we were in 3-4 formation the whole game we'd be killed week in and week out.
Lastly, and mostly to stay on topic this will be an epic Super Bowl for the ages. Usually the AFC/NFCCG are the best games of the year based on match-up and desperation to win. But at least on paper this is like Ali vs Frasier in the making. Get your popcorn ready!!

People called Steve young a running QB and then he became one of th best passing QBs of all time. Kaep put up pretty solid passing numbers and we barely used the pistol formation during the year. If you watch Kaep through out the season, he barely ran except in the Packers game. He also showed some very good accuracy and decision making. Obviously it is too soon to crown him as a top QB, but it is also naive to write him off as a running QB who most likely won't make it in the league.Disagree...wouldnt be surprised if they moved on from Kaepernick down the line. This pistol offense nonsense is going to get old, the Qbs who run it will get too much wear and tear if I am the Redskins GM I am thinking of turning RG3 into a pocket passer next year, and defensive coordinators will find a way to deal with them. Edit: I can't have new posts unless a mod confirms it. But below you said I bashed Flacco. I have never done so. Can you quote when I supposedly bashed him.
