The Ngata hit was "obviously" a late hit on Kapernick, but the late hit on Flacco out of bounds is a "good no-call"

That was not Joe's fault on that play. Blitz pickup was bad and no one was open. He did a good job not getting sacked, and that should have been a late hit.
