Great read, good find man. Maybe I enjoy the numbers too much, but that analysis seemed to be of higher quality than the normal fare on that site.

I love that he brought up that 2009 Vikings game, people forget that one it seems. That was a great should-have-been-a comeback.

Yeah, I normally dont read BR but the writer is actually legit for thus piece.

Colin has only had 9 starts, and while it's impressive he lead his team down from 17, it's not like he has made a game winning drive under 2 minutes left in the game. Joe meanwhile has done that multiple times, and sometimes it hasn't been his fault.

Clutch is a last minute thing, not a following interception thing. Btw, is your name a reference to the Steve Miller song The Joker?

Clutch is any high pressure situation. I don't think it's just limited to only what happens on the last drive.

Lol when did I ever say Ryan was clutch? That guy has been known to be a choker. And you can even ask Irrev I said he is the mist overrated qb in the league. He has the best receiving corps and a great o line, plus Michael Turner

To be honest with you I can't even remember now why your comment made me think to compare Flacco and Ryan. When I first read it, it just jumped out at me as a relevant response, and now that I'm re-reading your comment, I'm like "Wait.. what? What did I think I read the first time?" Hahahaha. Weird. I wrote a book for nothing. Maybe I can copy-paste it in the next Ryan/Flacco argument that will inevitably pop up.

I dont disagree with you completely. I agree that its most often attributed to last minute stuff because that's where all the heroics come from, but in my opinion it's also performing well under high pressure situations like being down 17 in the playoffs, throwing interceptions and following them up with good possessions Stuff like that, to me, is almost as clutch as marching up the field in your last possession. Kaep hasnt had the chance to do that much, but in most every other aspect of what clutch is, he's performed. And yea, it's a Steve Miller reference =)

Wow very nice to see a scrambling QB and a pocket Passer go head to head. Flacco will win this game, but like i said earlier this year, the scrambling Qb has arrived.

I rest my case Haters.

I think that Ngata will be the biggest difference maker in this battle. Pressure up the middle will cause CK some probs.

OK. I'm with ya'. Haloti is clutch!

That Scrambling QB rode his D for the majority of the year. Alex Smith was supposed to get them to the SB

Let Kaep do the clutch thing for an entire season at least before this becomes a discussion.

Yeah, living in the Bay Area (the gates of hell)
Kap is already an elite QB. I don't see the clutch thing. Sorry
He tried and failed!

Last time i checked Colin won them a playoff game almost single handily if you look at his stats.
