You can't talk to the press like they are "one of the guys"....They aren't. They deserve pre-rehearsed answers that give them nothing to write about. Forget about being honest with them. There is no incentive to do so.

Plus a lot of those guys are random people who work for the Daily Enquirer, GQ, CNN, just a lot of people who aren't football fans but watch the superbowl and are "journalists"

LOL @ #8.... Who has the best hair? Ray Lewis? [to DT Haloti Ngata]
"Ray? Ray paints his hair."

These are (mostly) funny questions. The "dumb" questions are the ones that ask about bogus PED allegations, 13 year old murder trials, and anything that brings up the fact that the two coaches are brothers.

This is the Super Bowl, not a Senate hearing. And were we really that interested in hearing another question about how this defense is going to contain Colin Kaepernick, or how well Joe is playing, or "Ray's Last Ride"? Question no. 8 is perfect, it actually gives Ngata a chance to show how funny he is.

Media day will turn into a joke, if it isn't already one. The media just likes to start stuff now a days. If everyone didn't know, Ray Lewis will have an asterick by his name in the Hall of Fame for using deer antler growth. Joe Flacco will be frowned upon by EVERYONE because he disrespects mentally challeneged people. The media still wants to know about 13 years ago in Atlanta that night...and did you know the Harbaugh brothers are playing each other in the superbowl?????

On a scale of 1-10, how important is this Sunday's game?

Well, probably a five or six. You know, moderately important. Good question.

It's often said, "turnabout is fair play"......

I, myself (a humble, but representative Ravens fan), have a few questions I'd like to ask the sports media....so here goes...

- Why did no one in your profession think the Ravens could beat the Patriots?
- Why did no one in the just-mentioned group think the Ravens could beat the Broncos?
- Why did so many in your profession pick Indy over the Ravens as the ONLY upset on wildcard weekend?

I don't think I need to venture a guess as to who the sports media has picked to win Sunday....

We're gonna go through 'em, around 'em, overtop of 'em and underneath 'em....

GO PURPLE AND BLACK......

Wow these questions were not very intellegent? This is the kind of stuff that upsets me. They waste our players time with this stupidity when we could be practicing, game planning, and studying film preparing to win the game. At least baseball players don't have to go through this nonsense before the World Series.

The SB is what it is, a chance for the whole country and world really to get in on a spectacle of an event even if they dont follow football. its all in good fun, who cares if a few questions are dumb. Its kind of entertaining in fact.

Just so everyone's clear, each player got to spend an hour with the press. That gets boring. I can't blame any of the journalists for cracking a joke or two, because I'd do the same thing.

Snapchat is an application on your phone that allows you to send pictures to someone for a limited period of time. Once the photo is viewed, you can't save it or view it again. It's for smart phones. I think it's amusing that he has one though because it's becoming more and more of an invasive (aka sexting) application. Young kids can send pictures through their phones, and they aren't traced or saved enough for anyone to do anything about it. In Harbaugh's case, it's probably a fun way for his kid to see what he's doing at any moment of the day. :) My 9-year-old nephew thinks it's great, and he Snapchats silly images to me through his mother's phone. It's a cute application, but it can be dangerous because of the lack of a 'paper trail', so to speak. You can send images to people to your Facebook friends, Twitter followers, or contact list on your cell phone.

i was very disappointed and insulted for our Ravens watching that 3 ring debauchery of our teams by NFL net and the national media... smh. I was severely upset watching throughout our media portion. And just fueled my already boycott of nfl network in future. PLEASE Ravens, win the Superbowl sunday, so they would have NO choice but to cover you guys defeating the final national pretty darling team that is the way over hyped niners. #Ravensnation

It's been awhile since I watched the SB Media day hype. I did enjoy this one...and felt a sense of pride as the rest of the world got a look at the guys we Ravens fans know and love so well. I enjoyed it...dumb questions and all!

P.S. Ryan...you deserved that one!
