Mainly interested in the first few rounds of players who we have a realistic chance at.

Inside linebacker

1. Arthur brown
2. Kevin Minter
3. Manti Teo
4. Alec Ogleetree
5. Khaseem Greene
6. Gerald Hodges
7. Kevin Riddick

Wide Out

1. DeAndre Hopkins
2. Da Rick Rodgers
3. Terrance Williams
4. Quinton Patton
5. Steadman Bailey
6. Marcus Wheaton
7. Aaron Dobson

You may notice some players, mainly wide receivers I have missed out, like tavon Austin, that's because I think he will go early second and so he'd be a reach round 1 while not there round 2.

Feel free to add players and other positions.

I'd like to throw Keenan Allen up there for consideration at wideout. Only Miami and the Vikings are desperate for a wideout and the Vikes have a lot of other holes to fill

Gonna throw in two sleepers that may rise into the second round. Kiko Alonso at Inside Linebacker and Jonathan Cyprien at Safety.

This could be an unpopular opinion, but im a diehard bama fan and I remember back when Rolando Mclain was at alabama with an environment that had structure and discipline (like the ravens have here) he exceled. He was like another coach on the field. I would love to see the ravens try and trade something small to get him (hes dieing to get out of Oakland) He could be a great fit at MLB in this D and with some coaching and motivation could get back to his old ways from Alabama.

that would free up the first round pick for a good safety or corner. Elam and Reid will be gone by that time, but TJ Macdonald could be a legit possiblilty.

I don't know if this is in any way realistic, but if we could pick up Brown in the 1st and trade up for Elam in the second (or vice versa) that would be fantastic. I'd be ridiculously excited.

As of right now, I think Elam goes before Brown and I see both as 1st round talents.

Elam will be gone long before the Ravens first pick. The only way to get him is to trade up into possibly the top 15 pics.

Kevin Reddick fell off in the worst way, his 2011 tape just looks so good compared to 2012.

Really? I mean, Elam is a top 15 talent in my opinion, but there are a couple other safeties in this draft who are getting more attention, like Eric Reid and Vaccaro. I would much rather have Elam than those two, but from what I see, people have those two going higher than Elam in virtually every mock. And it's not like safeties are taken in abundance in the first round. Only one or two go every year, so Elam could fall. That might just be the optimist in me, though.

This is true. Reddick reminds me of Ellerbe. He has a lot of similarities in my eyes. I'm not sure where he is projected. His season this year wasn't very good but as you said, he had a nice 2011 season. It's hard to say. I'd take a shot on him. Another ILB who had a good 2011 but a bad 2012 was Wort.

I'd say he's more like McClain but with better straight line speed, his angles are awful and he's not agile enough to cover.

Elam won't go that high; he's not a special talent. NFP's Russ Lande (one of the better scouts in the business) recently said opinions on him are "mixed" amongst NFL scouts and detailed why.

The only problem with Elam in todays NFL is he can be a little too agresive, and these days that can cost you 15 yards easily. The guy is a baller for sure, I just think he ends up going before the 31st/32nd pick. Ive been wrong about the draft before though. I still think he is a top 15 talent.

Kind of echoes what I have been saying about him. I have Vaccaro firmly as my #1 safety. He provides much more versatility in coverage and has better range even if the highlight reel hits arent there.

I think Elam is a bit overrated because he makes a lot of splash plays but his range, especially as a FS which we need, is my biggest concern. He's more of an undersized SS than a FS. Maybe he can get better, but if we need someone to come in and start from day 1, which is a very likely scenario, Elam wouldnt be the answer. I would much rather wait and take Reid, Jefferson, or even Swearinger than Elam in the first.
