They talked about improving from last year...I liked last years performance wayyy better. Sure they put forth a little more effort this year but they sucked. Matt Schaub is garbage I would rather have seen Chad Henne or Ryan Lindley, and it just looked way too average of a game. Boring slow paced felt like Cam Cameron was calling plays way too much runningback involvment like they were like hurry up and give me my winnings!!! I guess there will have to be a new way to judge pro bowl caliber players because they wont be going to Hawaii.

Because matt Schaub has[i] slightly [/i]better regular season stats than Flacco.

Schaub- 4008yds 22td 11int
Flacco- 3817yds 22td 10int

Flacco is obviously better than Matt Schaub though and is ready to play next sunday at the biggest game of them all

They need to find a way to make this game matter. Players don't care. They gave a little more effort last night, but the game's still a joke. They don't have anything to play for other than pride. That clearly doesn't motivate these guys. Perhaps the winner would get home-field advantage in the Super Bowl or something the following year. Even still, the only advantage to that is wearing a home jersey and I don't think that matters much.

As a draft enthusiast, I'd like to see them incorporate the draft somehow in the Pro Bowl. Maybe make it a weekend thing starting Friday. And while we're on the subject, I think the Senior Bowl should be expanded. I like how it gives the underclassmen who declare early a disadvantage because they can't compete against the seniors, but a lot of times I wonder how the underclassmen would compare to the seniors and I can't see it.

With the exception of the MLB mid summer classic....all of the other All Star games are a joke and not worth the time tuning in.
