I think it's a requirement at Johns Hopkins that you have to either be a Ravens fan or a Redskins fan. I've never met anyone there yet that is a fan of another team. I'm sorry that you have to go to that party, but just think how exciting that will be when you're able to throw the Ravens victory at them. But to be careful, perhaps you should tell someone where you're at and how to find the nearest exit.

I live out of state and have told all my friends and family not to contact me until after the Super Bowl.

Also, the night before 4th and 29 I got really, really drunk and slept under a bridge, so I've been living there until the season is over.

In addition, I have been removing one toe for each playoff win.

Can anybody think of anything else???

I am not going to a Raider party btw, and these people are reasonable fans for the most part. We all watch football games together

No SB specific supersitions, but I started wearing (a brand new) Ray Lewis jersey when he made the come back. Generally switch jerseys up each game (some times mid-game if we're playing like poop). Have not switched jerseys yet!

Off to New Orleans next Wednesday; driving now instead of flying.

Heading out from Maryland around lunch time and spending the night in NC Wednesday. Then with friends in Alabama Thursday night. Once we wake up Friday, its about 5 or 6 hours to New Orleans. Friends fly in (didnt want to pay $1,500 a ticket for me, wife and older son) about 3:00 or 4:00 on Friday and then IT'S ON!

2. I wear Boldin Home Jersey before game start.

3. No Non Ravens fans in the house at start of the game

4. No phone calls before halftime (That's the wife's thing...don't press her about it )

These are non negotiable prerequisites; there will be NO SB party!

The only superstition I'm following is that I'm going to watch the game in my room by myself (and whoever else is commenting in the topic on the forums). That's how I've watched every playoff game and I can't change that now. And I'll have the Flacco jersey on, but I've been rocking that almost every game day for four years now.

May end up making Joe Flacco or Torrey Smith my game day jersey next year with Ray retiring.
