Poedacrow's Victory Crab Cakes

1 lb Lump Crab Meat
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1 tbs Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
"A dash or splash" of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Combine everything in a bowl and make into patties. Fry in butter on Med/high heat about two minutes per side or until golden brown. ( Don't burn them!)

Enjoy!

Nix the onions and green peppers, add a dash of paprika and BROIL them.
Now you're cooking. Wanna get bold, add a tablespoon of bacon bits.

Now you're cooking. Wanna get bold, add a tablespoon of bacon bits.

Agreed.... but add just a little tabasco and fry them in olive oil or broil.

Crab meat... I can see how someone such as myself may put that into the context of "fish". Those actually look pretty awesome.
