1 lb Lump Crab Meat
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1 tbs Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
"A dash or splash" of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Combine everything in a bowl and make into patties. Fry in butter on Med/high heat about two minutes per side or until golden brown. ( Don't burn them!)
