Even though he's been injured, he was our steal in that draft.

In a damn impressive one too

Definitely a steal in the draft. We actually have had pretty good drafts when looking at the guys we could have taken. People are so quick to judge. When you look back at steals in drafts whether in the first round or the third round, those guys take 3-5 years before they are considered dominant.

I thought I was gonna read he had a third nipple or something. :D

Kudos to McPhee. The legacy of hard work and trying to find an edge continues. Thanks Ray!

Now we need to find Kapernicks flaw

Hit him in the mouth a few times and I bet the flaw will come to light.

McPhee just loves studying. He also found Andy Dalton's flaw last year.
Keep going Little Mac!
I don't know if this is what you're talking about, http://www.cincyjungle.com/2011/11/21/2577964/pernell-mcphee-bengals-offense-tipping-off-the-snap-count

McPhee has shown to be a student of the game. The kind that Webb is. I know his studying has paid off somewhat already, but maybe he'll have the kind of breakout year that Webb did.

He's the kind of guy who does all he can to improve. Gotta love McPhee.

Odd phenomenon for a 6'4 QB. I wonder if it has anything to do with his small receivers. Outside of their TEs I don't think they use a WR who is over 6'1. So Brady is essentially forced to throw on downward angles. Makes me wonder why JJ Watt didnt have more success with it, but good on McPhee. He batted down two balls at least off the top of my head and I think we batted down about 4 in the process of the game.

one of the most interesting points in this article is how totally different the whole D had to play without Suggs. Suggs is such a dominant force and total game changer. he allows other players to roam free and command double teams to allow a kruger to rush and allow the DBs to press more.

One obvious thing I noticed as a casual observer is that kap has no touch on any of his passes, they are all line drives. Even his deeper balls don't fall in to his receiver's hands they rocket past the DB's. i'm sure our veteran DB's , especially one Ed Reed will be able to take advantage of this.

The SB has a way of throwing some players games off. The Ravens by far are the more experienced team (vs. 49ers). I got a real sinking feeling that the Super Bowl may be to big of a stage for Kapernicks, as well as a multitude of players on that team. And where the QB goes, so goes the whole team.
Even though most of the Ravens have never been to the big game, the Ravens have the experience in the positions where it counts "the most". Flacco has a longggg history of big game experience so if he's not comfortable "at first", he should be fine pretty quick.
