Anyone going to watch LUV, a new film starring Common, Dennis Haysbert, Danny Glover and Charles S. Dutton? It takes place in the suburbs of Baltimore and concerns the life of a boy, Woody Watson, living in BAltimore with his grandmother. His family torn apart by the brutal circumstances of life in the ghettos of Charm City, he yearns to see his family reunited. When his uncle (Common) is released from prison, Woody clings to him as a role model. The uncle tries to turn a new page, but finds himself falling back into the underworld of Baltimore once more. Woody must make a choice about the direction he wants to take his life.

I think I found the underworlds of Baltimore a couple nights ago while coming home from Johns Hopkins!! All I know is that I'm sure the people around me would have loved for me to stop my car, but I ran every red light! That's the second time I've gotten lost coming back from the hospital since I've been here, and you'd think I'd know by now!
I have not heard of this movie, but it sounds very interesting.

It might be playing in Gary. But Cincinatti is much closer to Rushville.

It might be playing in Gary. But Cincinatti is much closer to Rushville.

I rode on the bus through what had to have been what you describe. Started in downtown Baltimore and went to the big shopping mall with my former gf at her request when we were down to watch a game from Canada.I think I found the underworlds of Baltimore a couple nights ago while coming home from Johns Hopkins!! Nah, you ever rolled in Downtown East Side? Vancouver has a pretty crazy underground, to name just one Canadian city. Every city has its dark side, from New York City to Nairobi.

Ya East Hastings is not pretty. I just haven't been to Vancouver so I left it off my little "list" so to speakNah, you ever rolled in Downtown East Side? Vancouver has a pretty crazy underground, to name just one Canadian city. Every city has its dark side, from New York City to Nairobi.
. I'm mostly situated around the prairie provinces and have done some travel out east. The prairies have their own issues but nothing like what I saw in Baltimore.
