Good luck to Bruce Arians. I knew he would get hired somewhere, but the Cardinals were probably the last one standing for a reason. They are a bad team! I wonder who Pagano is going to get to replace him in Indy?

He probably can't stand Cam for making his job more difficult.


Good for Bruce though, I used to dislike him but after seeing what he did with Colts I respect him. He deserves coach of the year

Yeah, considering the circumstances and complete lack of talent on that Colts roster Arians earned a permanent Head Coaching gig.

Edit: I liked this hiring until I heard that the Cardinals are trying to dump Ray Horton and bring in Todd Bowles. Downgrade in coaching ability while bringing in a 4-3 guy that doesn't fit your personnel? Genius, Cardinals, genius.

I wonder how this will affect the Colts. Must be hard for a young qb to need to deal with OC changes so early in their careers. Teams should get compensation when someone snatches their coaches away from them. There aren't anymore Dick Lebau's in the league. Everyone wants the HC gig.

Luck will be fine, they brought in a guy from Stanford who he is familiar with.

I'm sure he will be but it has to impede his progress somewhat. Different OC means changes in a lot of ways even if they run the same system.
