Ouch! Manning isn't retired yet. Kruger might wish he kept that to himself. Although he's not the first person I've heard say that.

I don't like it, at all. Act like you've been there before, Paul, and show the respect that a man of Manning's stature deserves.

I love Paul but that was a little too far. our trash talk is our play on the field. please, don't take it to twitter. ESPN will try too hard to make this a story.

Seems like a spur of the moment statement. We were lucky to have a few balls bounce our way and get a win. I understand his his enthusiasm, but keep it one low and to yourself. Thats locker room talk, not social network material

Just when I was really liking this guy...

C'mon man! I understand the smacktalk, but it's Peyton Manning. Even we as Ravens fans that loath the hell out of the guy when he plays us respects him.

But, Paul Kruger's right, to be honest. I mean, Peyton Manning doesn't have that many years left; John Elway pulled the trigger and took a chance with Manning. But, if the Broncos don't win a Super Bowl with Manning in the next 2 years, then this deal will backfire in the long run. Who's Denver's back-up, anyways? Brock something-or-other?

Right now, John Elway/Peyton Manning have won this transaction. But, that's because the New York Jets are a circus and Tim Tebow was only used a ploy to sell merchandise, simply due their "coach" having a man-crush on that "so-called" starter in New York. However, let's say Tebow goes to the Jacksonville Jaguars (which he WILL, regardless of what their new GM said) and helps turnaround a franchise on life-support (and stops them from relocating, more importantly), then, in the future, people will say Denver treated Tebow as an afterthought; although, Tim Tebow would get the last laugh, ultimately.
