I told myself I'd see Ray Lewis just one time in person before he retires

so, this will be my first ravens game I will actually be going to section 146
needless to say I'm completely stoked that it's also a playoff game

other than the touching Unitas on the way in, is there any other traditions I should know about in the stadium?

best food stands?

Strap a bookbag on your back, fill it with beer, and walk around. That is how I would take in my first game.
Mind you, some of the best tailgating takes place blocks from the stadium.
Try to find a place called the Firehouse. It is not a restaurant, but an actual firehouse. Fun time and really nice people!
That is where we used to tailgate before we got a spot.

The players enter the SE end of the stadium so you can hang out there and watch them arrive. You can also walk up to Camden Yards and watch the band get ready before they march in with the cheerleaders.

Oh, to be a Ravens' virgin! I'm envious! You are in for quite an experience!!!

Hax, dude, I am insanely jealous. I'm stuck out here in Colts country and to top it all off I have to work. I won't be able to even listen to the game on the radio! Have fun!!

Wished I lived near Maryland to attend a Playoff game or even a home game. I live in Louisiana 2.5 hours from Houston Tx. So I did manage to see Ray Lewis play at Houston on Monday night a few seasons ago, the game went to Overtime and I believe Josh Wilson sealed it with a pick 6 to the house.

This.

The Firehouse is where it's at (before kickoff, I mean).

I really wish I had the money. I get chills just thinking about hearing the bank when Ray is announced. I would love to be there. :(

Nelly's song, Rays final dance, makes me emotional....I've never cared this much for a single athlete, ever. My eyes yesterday legitimately got glassy.

I've been to at least 18 other stadums in the league and nothing compares to Ray Lewis coming out of the tunnel. Having Suggs and Reed right before him only adds to it. It's hard to believe this day is here.

Yeah people have taken vids with their cell phones at games. I took a few pix at the Jacksonville Pre-Season game. (my last time seeing him in person) In my opinion, there's no other play like M&T Stadium for football. Seattle comes close with their fans, but I truly believe our stadium is the best. I hope you have an amazing time, HaX. It will definitely be one you won't forget.

They had better show his entrance in its entirety on TV. It will be so so so depressing to not see that and hear that stadium ROAR when it happens. Its gonna be amazing and I will be crying with 100% certainty.

Agree. I wish I could be there, but I'll be DVRing from home instead. And crying.
