My draft stradegy this year was to focus on RB and WR. And pick up QBs late in the draft or FA. I ended up with Matt Cassell as my starting Quarterback.

I've been faithful to Cassell, and decided this week I'm going to give the nod to Orton or Hill. Cassell put up Monster numbers on my bench. I have a feeling he was screwing me over because I benched him.

Just wanted to hear other people's burn stories, so I do not feel as bad. So who screwed you?

This year, one of my biggest tasks in FF was to maximize my line up. The most I have left on the bench in one game was when I sat jamal lewis. I think I lost like 10 points. That's about it. I missed my teams draft because I had to work late, so it was tough. I have made 25 moves and am in second place as we speak.

Another disappointment was benching Joe Flacco for Trent Edwards (21 points for Flacco and 4 points for Edwards, I've since dropped Trent and Flacco came through big until Romo was ready to come back)

Oh yea. That screwed over a lot of people. THat was his break out game. Before that people still had questions between Williams & Browns and the Dolphins Offense in a whole.

Benching Ricky Williams when he had that monster game against Seattle, but I forgot who I started in his place...I'm thinking it was McGahee, who was a non-factor that week (or maybe Ray Rice, not sure)...

I also regret starting Joe Flacco one week and benching Chad Pennington, when Pennington had his best game of the season and put up something like 42 fantasy points while Flacco had only 12 or something like that...

Another big regret I have, though, doesn't involve benching someone, but rather, trading them away. I managed to acquire Tom Brady and Ladell Betts in exchange for Drew Brees and Deuce McAllister.

Brady goes down for the season, and my trade proposal for Clinton Portis (so I could have a 1-2 punch with Betts) fell through, and I ended up cutting Betts later anyway.

So, in essence, it was a wasted trade that screwed me over, but I rebounded nicely and have a 7-3 record (good for third place in my league).

Same thing happened to me. I won that week though so it's all good.

I remember, the week I was playing the only undefeated in my league, and if I'd started Brian Dawkins instead of Ed Reed, which I had seriously contemplated before the game, I'd have won.

Don't know the particular player but twice this year I have tied my opponent but when it came to bench points lost by a single point and lost the tie-breaker 6-4-2 (ouch)

Well, I can't remember the game, but because of McGahee being questionable all week and I thought the Ravens weren't going to play him. I benched McGahee and he put up like 20 some points on my bench, compared to Tim Hightower who only put up like 5 or 6 points. I lost that week by like 4 points, so I knew if I would have played McGahee I would have won.

I was thinking about sitting Moss because I was going to start Cassell. And I thought if Cassell has a bad day, then Moss would too. Nah!!!

I started both, and looks like I am going to win and make it into the playoffs.

Same here I won today while everyone in my division lost so I made up a game and right now am sitting in the final playoff position. My wide receivers still kill me every week and are by far my biggest weakness but Romo gave me 32 points and I grabbed TB defense off waivers who promptly put up 22 big ones that was a huge help today.

I benched him, hopefully Aaron Rogers gives me a reason to be Happy tomorrow. I'm down by 10 points. I also have Crosby.... Bad thing: the other team has Jennings and Grant. I hope I can pull this out!

Doesn't sound like this worked out for you. Jennings had a decent game. But Aaron Rodgers sucked. And you had Cassell sitting on your bench. Did you end up winning?

I was up 36 points, the other team had lance moore. Moore went off for 26 FF points in the first half. Had me sweating. But I won.

Well depending on how well Matt Forte does tonight, I may be kicking myself for benching Forte and starting McGahee who didn't even get 1 single carry against the Bengals. So thats twice this year I have started McGahee and he didn't get one single carry, McGahee is really hurting my running back situation. I am picking McClain up for next week.

I benched Royal and Bruce in Favor of Ginn and Gage (I know my receivers suck). But they put up 28 points compared to 9 points for Ginn and Gage lol. Also, and I swear this is true I was going to start Clayton today off waivers as a sleeper pick but decided against it.

Well like the one time Cassell made me pay when I sat him on my bench. He made me pay today because I had confidence in him. I started him and he left with me -2 overall points.

If I win I'm in the playoffs, lose I go home. My team is hanging on. Damn that Cassel.

Well, let see, I am going to win my fantasy this week, but I started McGahee and he didn't get any carries at all, while Matt Forte who I benched in favor of McGahee got 17 points on my bench. Hopefully I can start McGahee this week against the Redskins, but if not I might just start Peyton Hillis over McGahee. Also if this counts, I was going to pick up Mark Clayton for so I could start him against the Bengals and I decided to wait a week and he has a career day against the Bengals. I picked him up though for the Redskins game this week.

Never start McGahee in Fantasy nor any Ravens RB for that reason its just too unpredictable who gets the scores and carries. Hillis and Forte should be decent plays down the stretch. I wouldn't start Clayton against the Skins either he had a great game against a bad secondary and the Skins secondary is very good. Why in God's name Forte would be benched for McGahee I have no idea lol Listen to me man, don't start Willis or Clayton next week.
