I know who sounds like a good DC, Lovie Smith. Unfortunately, he's going to be a head coach again next season I believe.

A lot! Norv Turner, Jim Schwatz, Bruce Arians, Kevin Gilbride and Tony Sparano, if you're desperate.

Well at least for the first time in awhile, the Ravens don't really have anyone worth interviewing for another team. ;)

They would eat a lot of money if the Lions fired Schwartz. He's not going anywhere.

Not yet, but they're expected too. He's taken the Lions nowhere, despite having a high-powered passing game, the best kicker of our generation and some exciting defensive players. He started off 2-14, then 6-10 and finally took them back to the playoffs at 10-6, but they got knocked out in the 1st round, blown out 45-28. This season, the Lions regressed considerably, going 4-12. A serious slide for a team that made the playoffs just a year ago. His career record is 22-42.

i like what caldwell is doing. remember the majority of the plays are still cam's plays so i'd like to see what he can do with his own scheme and playbook. No need to be discussing OC's right now.

He might be available! The Chiefs are going to clean house after going 2-14. He'll probably be the 1st to go, what with the horrible job he did with Cassel and Quinn.

Schwartz was a DC. Arians is being considered for head coaching jobs and wouldn't leave one OC job for another. Gilbride hasn't been fired.

Caldwell will probably stay as OC because he has done a good job.

I know Schwartz started off as a DC, but he's led one of the most electrifying passing attacks in the league! A far better offensive mind than defensive. And Kevin Gilbride might very well be available come Monday, given the Giants' gigantic regression after winning the Super Bowl just a year ago. Even Manning got way worse.

Jets are keeping Rex as HC but that would have been awesome to have him back in the fold but Romeo Crennel is out there, just a thought.

It'll depend on the post-season. Not counting yesterday's de facto preseason game, he's 1-1, leading the Ravens to score 17 against a top 5 defense in the Broncos and 33 against the defending Super Bowl champions.

Crennel's a great defensive mind, he just can't coach! And as we've seen in the Chiefs' tragic season, he has the resolve of a warrior.

an interesting stat I heard is Rob has never been a defensive coordinator on a team above .500. Fewell has been linked to head coaching jobs. Rivera is currently meeting with ownership to determine his fate but I think he should be kept.
