Can't argue with that.

On the contrary, Cosmic - I had a copy of "Spirit of Truth" for a number of years, but had to throw it away due to having my apartment screened for bedbugs.

I have been a fan of Wonder Woman since 1976, when I became a fan due to the television series. Lynda Carter will always be Wonder Woman to me.

Scott Snyder's work on Batman is tremendous.

I don't think the New 52 reboot has done for DC what previous reboots had done, but Scott Snyder's run has been so good, I wish he was allowed to write EVERYTHING for DC. He's getting ready for a brief run on Superman with Jim Lee while juggling his Batman duties.

Batman! He's gritty, not polished goodie 2 shoes, like Superman or Spiderman.

Batman and Wolverine are my two favorite heros. Moonknigt is also a BAMF, as he is Batman and Jason Bourne mixed up into one

Since you're still in high school, I shall give you a spelling lesson. The plural of 'hero' is 'heroes'. Grammar banana to the rescue! :banana1:

Though to be fair, some straight-A students do horribly on the SATs and vice versa!

He's a hedgehog! Don't you see his knuckles? Now that you mention it, he does remind me of the twins from the Matrix Reloaded!

Classic, that movie is. Not as good as the first one, but 104 times better than the third one

Just saw another post on casting for Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Frank Grillo as Crossbones.

They're bringing in Crossbones?

I'm actually more juiced to see Anthony Mackie as Falcon. :D

This is probably going to sound bad, but i honestly don't read to much Marvel or DC comics. I'm into The Walking Dead, Invincible (both by Robert Kirkman), and The Last Zombie (by Brian Keene).

DO IT.

The Court of Owls storyline that spanned the first dozen issues of Batman, was one of the best surprises of 2011-2012. Then Snyder's interpretation of Joker...wow.

Snyder's Joker is the stuff of nightmares, man. It's like he took the most twisted elements of each famous version of Joker and put them in a blender. I never thought fantasy and gritty horror could mix so well in a Batman comic.

It's just plain old Batman. Look for the reboot under the New 52, starting with issue #1 from 2011. Scott Snyder has been the only writer of that book and was the lead writer for that entire storyline when it crossed over onto other Bat-titles.

For Scott Snyder's Joker, start with Batman #13, which kicks off the current Death of the Family storyline that's been getting rave reviews.

This current Joker is brilliant, twisted stuff. How twisted? Here's part of his face.

Without spoiling too much, Joker plans on destroying the entire Bat-family -- not just Batman...and apparently, Batman's been keeping a secret from the Bat-family that, while innocuous, has implications that are far-reaching. And the icing on that cake? Joker's obsession with Batman may be more just the need for a good opponent...

Still haven't seen Hurt Locker but I'm sure he delivered. I trust Marvel Studios will portray well. Since taking over production of their own films, they really haven't screwed up in a major way in my opinion.

Just finished Civil War: Wolverine. Not that I didn't know already but Logan's a bad man. First time I've seen a writer show his healing factor kicking in after he was burned down to his skeleton.
