He has now hired a Offensive Coordinator for his staff. The Offensive Coordinator for the University of Miami Jedd Fisch has agreed to become the Jaguars OC. This reunites Fisch with Gus Bradley after they worked together one season with the Seattle Seahawks in 2010 when Fisch was the QB coach.

The Jaguars hire Bob Babich to be their new Defensive Coordinator. Bradley knows Bob from their days at North Dakota State from 1997-2002. Bob spent the past nine years with the Bears including being their defensive coordinator from 2007-2009. He was let go this past week when Trestman became the Bears Head Coach.

Going to be funny watching the Saints try to move to a 3-4 like Payton announced. Guess the good thing for them is that Romeo Crennel is still available as one of the few 3-4 DCs out there.

That'd be a really good hire for them. There's not a lot of talent on that defense though, this is the perfect time to retool. And we all had Cameron Jordan pegged as a five-tech out of the draft a few years ago, maybe they have some of those roles already in place.
