Depending on who their starting QB is next year, this could be a good fit. For all Cam's faults, his manner of play calling is very good for young developing QBs. It relieves much of the pressure off the QB position. It is just if/when that QB is ready to fly that he becomes a liability. He could even help Sanchez if he retains the starting position. A stretch at this point, but it could happen.

That's pretty weird, considering how desirable a GM job in the league would be. The Jets must have deeper issues than we know, or maybe people are smart enough to want to avoid that soap opera disaster.

The Denver Broncos lose another coach to an AFC West Rival. Last year the Raiders hired Broncos' DC Dennis Allen, and now the Chargers have named Denver OC Mike McCoy the new Head Coach. It's not official yet, but McCoy has told the team he is leaving to take the San Diego Head Coaching job.

Chip Kelly is Brett Favre. First he says he is returning to Oregon, now he says he is going to jump to the NFL. Unbelievable. I guess when the Eagles were turned down by him first, they upped the ante for him to come in OR the penalties Oregon is about to get is something Chip wants nothing apart of.

I like the hire for the defensive side of the ball. I really think the Jags could go defense in the first round so he can build up their defense similar to how the Seahawks built their defense. Offensively, it should be interesting to see how he plans on fixing the offense.

Ray Horton is NOT HAPPY about Arians coming over. I guess he felt he was the number one guy that would take over for Whiz and isn't happy about being passed over for the job. It is now being said that Horton is OUT as Defensive Coordinator and will be replaced with Todd Bowles.
