If this defense can continue to pressure Manning and get inside his head, then the passing attack is out of the equation. All that'd be left is to contain the running backs.

Ironic that we'd have to worry about stopping the run...
I can't see them giving up another run like that, but Jacobs doesn't excite me...

I hope all our posters didn't jinx us, talking all that smack about our running game being better than the Giants.

Our defense historically gives up long opening drives, we get better as the game goes on. It's crucial that our offense actually responds.

Yeah Chris Snee was giving Ray Lewis a bear hug to free Jacobs for that run.

I'm PRAYING that Eli throws a pick here...though I doubt Tom Coughlin would dare try a pass in this territory, not with the way the backs have played.

EDIT- Never mind. TD.

Our defense needs to wake the hell up, the Giants clearly have that fire. New York gets up for every single damn game, there is a reason they're 8-1 right now. That was pathetic. If Jacobs can get past the first level this is going to be a complete blowout, our secondary can't even defend passes, let alone make tackles.

Our linebackers looks awful today, especially Ray and JJ. Bart made a good play earlier but those other 2 guys looks terrible. Oh well, it's on our offense (again).
By the looks of the first drive. They'll probably stick with the run.
I agree. And to be honest, I think they'll also choose to stick with the run so as to spite the Ravens' top-ranked rush defense.

I mean, if it's working, why not?

I'm just hoping that Ray has a little more magic left in the tank for firing up the troops again like he did against the Browns...
