Nick Foles broke his hand in PHI's close loss to WAS. Thus, Michael Vick, down for much of the season with his own injuries, is expected to return, says Andy Reid. The Eagles will go to Eat Rutherford to face the free-falling Giants. One would expect Vick to play his heart out in attempt to remain a starting QB in the NFL.

I meant WAS. Thanks for pointing that out. He played the entire 2nd half with a broken throwing hand, almost rallying his team to a win in spite of the agonizing pain.

I could easily see him play for another avian-themed team, the Cardinals. Their QBs are atrocious enough to make Philip Rivers cry himself to sleep in laughter.

In lamest terms, Andy Reid is attempting to see what Vick can do so he can trick the next team he is coaching into signing Vick.

And yet, the Players Association wants the NFL to make the game safer? Guys like Foles & RGIII, playing hurt only to injure themselves further -- it's commendable, but it also makes the game as a whole a bigger target for criticism.

Vick coming back though -- lets see if he can bedazzle pundits enough for this one game in order to keep his job in Philly alive.

If Vick can smack around the Giants hard enough, he might be able to save both Vick and Reid's jobs. PHI's front office is still eager to drink Vick's Kool-Aid.

It's so much worse than that. The man just got a puppy a few weeks back. IMO he should never be allowed to own a dog again.

On topic: This and the thread about the return of Sanchez, makes what I read in the rest of the forum on how easily we could replace Flacco even more laughable.

Surely to high Heaven they didn't allow him to get any kind of a "vicious" breed. Maybe a wiener dog... or a chihuahua. But yeah, he shouldn't even be allowed to own another ANIMAL.
