If Pollard can't play, then James Ihedigbo would likely take his spot in the lineup.

^ i like Ihedigbo's fierceness. he's just like Pollard...a nasty hard hittin SS.

Too bad we won't be able to see some more of Doss. I was very happy to recant my criticism of his return ability after he almost took that punt back for a TD.
Speaking of, did anyone else feel like it looked like the punter twisted his ankle unnecessarily? It looked like Doss was already going down when the punter gave his ankle another jerk.

I really think that we are going to have a rough time on Sunday with the team banged up like this.

Also Justin Tuck and Amaad Bradshaw are questionable for the Giants.

Hopefully we get Yanda back in case Tuck can actually go. I don't know about you guys but I actually think that all the inconsistency at LG is weighing down on Oher. Think about it. Mike wasn't playing so bad before Reid cam in, and I'd imagine Reid's size would force Oher to change his starting stance and therefore the angles he takes on DEs.

This article was a complete waste of time and space. Was there something in it that wasn’t known yesterday or the day before??

Oh, my bad, Dickson is probable!?!?

If Bynes goes down, I seriously think we have no choice but to play Sam Koch at middle linebacker. He did play linebacker in high school, I think, and we've seen him with the takedowns on special teams...

If Koch then goes down, we'll need a new punter. Maybe Poe...Kevin Byrnes...Ryan Mink? This injury situation is getting absurd.

OK, which is it then??? ... copied from above ...

"Pollard Doubtful With Chest Injury
The Ravens could be without a key defensive back for the second week in a row, as safety Bernard Pollard is questionable with a chest injury."

After this season is over and the Ravens get an ugle win in the SB.........Which some will also cry about. The Ravens need to address their conditioning program.

Man, when Harbs said he's have to start putting everyone on the injury list I guess he wasn't kidding. Hope that's part of the reason, but DANG, we got a lot of DINGS

I'm so tired of hearing about injuries on this team.Never ending every week,so many key parts gone and I'm trying to be positive that we will win,but it looks mighty bleak if you ask me!There is still a chance!

I wonder we will utilize having both Pitta and Dickson on the field together again. Regardless, that's good news.

Goodness gracious get rid of Williams already!!! How does that guy get time and McKinnie doesn't?!

I read Jon Ogden's comments on csnbaltimore suggesting that perhaps McKinnie isn't doing what he needs to do at practice and in the weight room...at least not making an impression.

But Williams gets in any game and the speed rusher or DT just blows right by/through him. We don't have another guy to fill in at guard like we do with Oher getting time over Mac?

Will ray be that big of an upgrade this year? I think once ellerbe hit the field that was the biggest boost especially in passing situations. Ray and ellerbe in the middle will be the best. And about jimmy smith, is cary goes (thatd suck) but try asa or chykie there. Jimmy needs to be in the nickel if anywhere. They have to figure out a wa to sig flacco and cary If they win this week rest everybody the following week and try to get healthy. This game might just define how they play in the playoffs

He normally wouldn't be that big of an upgrade, except we just lost McClain for the year. I would be fine with starting McClain and Ellerbe, but given McClain is out, I like the sound of playing Ray over somebody like Ayanbadejo or McClellan.

And listen... nobody hates the way Cary Williams plays sometimes more than I do. But if the corners at the bottom of the depth chart (like Asa Jackson, Chykie Brown, or Chris Johnson) were any better, they would be starting. It's not like Harbaugh has had problems bringing guys like Cory Graham up into the starting lineup once Webb went down anyway.

Bottom line is, in my opinion, Cary, Graham and Jimmy Smith are the three best corners on this team.

Not liking the idea of Yanda missing another game. Ray Rice can't run if holes aren't being opened up for him.

We are in the playoffs; The pressure is off. Remember the Steelers won the SB the last time they were a 6th seed in Playoffs. We can do it too but must be healthy.

I'm sure glad that the Ravens aren't thinking like some of the fans. Why on Earth would you rest anyone this week that can physically play? Get a win, get a home game, and then if you want to rest them against the Bengals, knock yourself out!

Why kill ourselves over a non conferance rival who will be fighting hard because they need the game worse than us. Rest our team for Cincy. and the playoffs.

If we could have pulled out two victories vs. Pittsburg and Washington, a chance at a first round bye would be looking really good right now!

I bet this game will be closer than it seems it's gonna be. Don't discount the RAVENS. We won't be terrible like some here are thinking. I'm guessing Joe turns it around. We need solid blocking up front, though, vs. N.Y.'s vaunted Defensive front/rush. It's RAVENSTIME!

i agree with everyone here saying we need Yanda and probably more so this Game then Torrey, the Giants have not been a Forceful sack team ,so we let them break out now,The Giants are always a team that people count out and then they go and play a Team like the Ravens a good team and shock people and make a deep run at the right time it happens every year ,as for Torrey let him get better no need to play off a concussion pending how severe it was or not ,other WR's need to step up and should step up like Jacoby seldom used Laquan Thompson even David reed ,and all say this until im blue in the Face lol i want to see 3-4 wr sets and or 2 te sets We can beat any team offensively But we need to be creative in doing so simple as that, because that leads to other things like time of possesion and Momentum.

Although it's still the D that has an overwhelming presence on the in jury list, its the O where we can have the most important reinforcement through comebacks of injured palyers: Dickson's comeback could be huge for the O, the variations suddenly get much, much better with two usable TE's on the field. Pitta is regaining his last season's form, he was no doubt the best O player last week. Dickson would add another dimension, which could be huge. Also, Pierce would be a key participant - or, more exactly, his presence could be a huge positive factor in Rice's performance.

So, let's hope both of them will play tomorrow.

... and then I haven't even mentioned Yanda and Torrey, we all know how important they are for an effective O...

its not about who's playing, it's about how you're playing. Last sunday early on are defense was playing great, but then Flacco had to fumble right at midfield, and then when we could've put the score closer he threw a pick 6. So it really doesn't matter who's playing just how you are playing. Remember Green Bay in 2010, they had 14 players on injured reserve and they played great (especially their secondary), and i know Flacco is not Aaron Rodgers but i've seen Flacco and our offense play some great games so its time for us to step up and start this run, cuz im tired of seeing Manning and Brady playing in the Super Bowl over and over again.

Is Deonte Thompson that far in Harbs' doghouse (maybe beside McKinnie) that he can't get a shot at being our #3 WR? The kid was tearing it up all preseason and I don't think one fumbled kick return should keep him from seeing the field as a wide receiver in 3-wide packages. We need more speed to open things up for Ray Rice and "American Express."

I'm not going to sit here and play this "we should play Deonte Thompson or we should play this guy and that guy" and blah blah blah. The preseason should account for maybe 25% of the reason somebody plays, and that might be stretching it.

If Deonte Thompson were killing it in practice, he would be the #3 WR. But he's not.

agreed with rmcjacket , lol its funny how people really actually believe that Tyrod Taylor would be better then flaccco at QB? lmao when u say that you take your fan card out of your deck ^.-

Just my input. Ravens fans are annoying this year. some what of what you'd call a Pre-Madonna hahaha.

enough with this doghouse talk. if mckinnie or anybody else were dominating in practice they would be out there playing. mckinnie is fat and slow and is probably getting killed in practice worse than oher thats why he isnt playing. once he improves than we may see him out there. i have to agree with dweezy420 that this season the fans are rough on there team that has made it to the playoffs 5x in a row. root for cleveland or jacksonville if you are not satisfied with your winning ravens team. now back to business, fix the o-line and we will get things rolling

Why can't Sergio Kindle help? We got a spot open. In six hours we find out if a iffy injury recovered Ray Lewis will be activated. We have 7 WRs& 3 TEs on the active roster. With all the LB injuries why can't Kindle help enough to release someone who isn't playing? Special teams player who might help in the future or a high Ozzie draft pick Linebacker in our hour of need. What is wrong with Kindle?
