Source has it that the New York Jets are looking to trade Sanchez, and release Tebow. Okay. After watching the last few games of the Jets -- my question is -- is what team is honestly going to want to trade for Sanchez?

For Tebow it seems more like he is just unhappy with his role in New York, and wants out. Once again, I honestly question what other team will possibly want him.

And if this all holds true, what made them wait so long? Is this more of a strategy for Rex to help save his job as he may feel on the "hot seat"?

No one will trade for Sanchezs contract. Not a hope, and if they cut him they have something like 8 mil in dead cap. He will be there next season and cut the year after IMO.

Not surprising. The Jets are gonna have to clean house next year. That whole situation is a complete mess.
As mentioned, no way anyone would take on Sanchez' contract. The only way I see a trade is if Sanchez agrees to rework his contract.

what if we sign and convert tebow to TE/HB/emergency QB like 3rd string, 3 positions, i think he would be suited with team like us,

He's not the worth the media circus that would accompany him.

I read that as "Shamchez," Yup, seems about right.

No, but in all seriousness, the Tebow circus is something I will never understand.

NO. Like Ed_Reed20 said, its not worth the media circus. The minute Joe messes up, everyone will be calling for Tebow twice as much as they are calling for Tyrod right now. No thanks.

I still see Jacksonville as a possible landing spot for Tebow. Not sure about Sanchez.

An league source told Newsday that Tim Tebow will be leaving the Jets at the end of the season. This has been widely reported in the New York media, from AM New York to ESPN-NY. If Mike Tannenbaum can't negotiate a trade for Tebow, he'll simply release him into free agency, the source reveals. The normally happy-go-lucky Tim Tebow has become visibly frustrated with the Jets lately. When asked about how he felt about Greg McElroy getting the start over him this Sunday, he remarked, "Sometimes things just happen out of your control. Obviously, even though you might not be pleased with them, you have to try and handle them the best you can." When asked if this is the lowlight of his Jets career, Tebow spoke with rare candor, saying, "I'm not sure. That's a good question."

He should become a running back! He's got bulk and speed, like Tolbert back in his Chargers days!

Sanchez is likely to remain a New York Jet in 2013, which shouldn't be a surprise since he has a huge contract nobody will want to trade for.
