[/quote]I stopped eating after my mom died, 2 years tomorrow, all kinds of bad things happened-- like my hair started falling out , lots of loose skin and my doctor and husband were talking intervention-- now I have under 50 more to go to be at my 'ideal' weight-- which I have not seen since I was a toddler lol I'm only allowed to weigh myself quarterly smh I call it my moms last gift to me which also flips everyone out. My stomach is still totally messed up and there is a lot I can't eat.

Pineapple helped me lose weight..... Along with traditional excercise.

Anyway do not go into Draft Town. Apperantly I am the second coming of Brandon22. I post a lot, but at least I have an idea on what I am talking about....

Not felt like I was going to choke or puke if I ate-- I internalized everything and stayed strong for the family and the stress manifested itself as not being able to eat. If I consumed 200 calories a day that was a lot for 3 months and they thought it an issue--- I called it an effective diet lol It was a whole lot of ugly-- I did the same thing when my uncle died Memorial Day Weekend but it was only 2 weeks.
With my husband having gastric bypass I learned a ton on how to manage weight loss and prevent complications. If I go 2 days under 600 calories I will hit the Unjury protein powder, you can not safely starve you body of protein for that long without muscle wasting, including the heart which is a muscle. You need 40-60 grams a day, in my case it keeps them off my rear and I will lose my pound or 2 a month. I have come to realize the mind set for obesity and anorexia is kinda closer then you would ever guess. Being a nurse I had to pull the research and it is fascinating.
