I'm pretty sure he has said that he wants top five money, and his agent has backed that statement.
I don't know the source, but this sounds like his agent spreading that sound bite. Agents do earn from commissions.

There used to be a time where Flacco looked like the real deal and you knew there weren't any better options available, now I think we might have to consider all our options this offseason.

not a bad idea.

Silver Lining:

No one can say Joe doesn't show emotion again.

.....or that he is slow.

Flaccoing is not complete unless you ask your employer to be compensated among the highest of pay rates before taking the dive.
This is awful! We're Ravens fans! But I can't stop laughing at this post. Why, why did he just lay there like that? I kept thinking, "Get up Joe!"

Butt-Fumble and Flaccoing.

Which one wins the worst QB award of the year?
Flacco is not anywhere near as bad as Sanchez. He's an average QB who deserves average money and a competent backup to keep him at his best. If we can get him cheap, Alex Smith might be a good option.

The guy chased a smaller and quicker defensive back at a full-sprint the length of the field, keeping pace and gaining on him, even after he got blocked at the 50-yard line -- he wasn't far from bringing him down... plus taking a cleat on the chin, can't be fun.

If this a 'joke', I fail to see how.

Not many people nearing 6'6" could sprint that far, that fast, dive flat on their stomachs and immediately pop back up. Give the guy a chance to get his breath, he has to go back out there and get ready for the next series.

If there is a joke to be made, it's that Sam Koch is quickly becoming the tackle leader on Special Teams.

It is just sad that people want to see him fail so they can buffer their "Fire Flacco" argument. In the meantime, the entire team suffers for it.
Honestly, I think that's all it really is.

I mean, you have guys which don't think Flacco is all that, but aren't afraid to give him props when it's due. Then you have guys who are either conveniently silent hen he's playing well, or always finding ways to hate on the guy whether he plays well or not...

If we were to run into a juggernaut schedule where we played all the top teams for the year and our division was tough as nails... and Joe threw for four TDs a game and the occasional interception, no strip-sacks... but somehow we still managed to go 9-7 on the season...

...even then, they'd want him gone. He has officially reached that point.

Joe, you are now in the same league as Jay Cutler.

So, when are we burning his jerseys?

I dont even know what Griffining is...
it's when RG3 throws a pass for a TD...IF he gets hit in the process or he just falls back to the ground and lifts up his hands.

Nope, they can just say he's slow when he has the ball. Take it out his hands and he becomes the Flash, we should put him on special teams.

And if he goes for a tackle and miss he can just lay there and do his "Flaccoing" thing.

Or maybe he can play safety with Ed and when he blows a coverage he can throw his helmet on the ground and yell!
