UPDATED: MESSAGE BOARDS CLOSING AFTER DRAFT   03/08/2017

After careful consideration, we have decided that we will sunset our message boards after this year's NFL Draft. Since we opened our boards a decade ago, the digital landscape has greatly evolved. While we understand there remains a smaller group of highly-engaged fans who participate in conversation in our forums, a significant amount of the dialogue about our team and our games has migrated away to other social media platforms over the past several years. Our message boards will remain up and running through Friday, May 5th, and will be removed on May 6th. We recognize that this change may upset avid members of our community. However, we look to utilize our time and resources to focus on how we can best connect with our fans across an array of digital/social outlets. If you are not already engaging us and other members of the Ravens Flock on our Facebook page, Instagram account, through Twitter or Snapchat, we invite you to follow us on those channels and continue to participate in our social communities. In addition, the commenting feature on our website articles will remain intact. Members will be able to continue using their boards account to log in and share their thoughts at the bottom of every news story. We’d like to thank all the Flock members and our moderators who have brought thoughtful conversation to this space and made our community great for the last 10 years. Ravens Social Media Hub »

With Giants tied with Deadskins and Cowgirls, Ravens get another test to find out what they are made of.

Go win the division.... and get a home game!

The ultimate measure of a person is not where they stand in moments of comfort and convenience, but where they stand in times of challenge and controversy.
-Martin Luther King, Jr.

The Ravens have now that chance, I hope they rise to the challenge!

GO RAVENS!

A word of advice to our passive and "TOO NICE" owner and GM Ozzie Newsome:

If you guys keep on being passive this organization will continue to suffer. This offseason is now the time to make the big signings and make the moves and risks to make the team better!

The gamble with Peyton Manning paid off in a big way for the Broncos! We can learn a big lesson from that. Be aggressive and take risks.

With that said if we make the follwoing moves this offseason, we can automatically be asuperbowl team:

1). Sign Jake Long
2). Make K.O. the Left Gaurd
3). Put Oher back to RT (Hopefully he can revivie his career)
4). Trade up for Manti Te'o
5). Bring Rex Ryan Back as Defensive Coordinator.

The time to be aggressive is now Ozzie and steve please do not stand passively this offseaon or esle this kind of season will happen again!

Now is the time to be aggressive!

In the playoffa all twelve teams are 0 - 0.

True and we should have some starters back, which will help. I am happy to have clinched.

Can we trade John for Jim in the playoffs?
[/quote]
Why? So he can bench Joe in favor of Taylor?

Rex? Although a great Dcoach, it would be a huge distraction and Harbs wouldn't go for it.... Unless Harbs had no say or wasn't the HC anymore..... You list IS bold....

I would feel a lot better about what the Ravens can do in the play-offs if they showed that they can play worth their salt for the rest of the season. Injuries are horrible, but all these guys are NFL players. Even 2nd/3rd string players should be worth something. This team is struggling right now, to put it mildly.

Kaepernick has shown he can play.... and win. Plus, they have a real good D.

i mean all season our guys have played some really lackluster games. I'm so glad that we at least made it to the playoffs, but this team need to light itself up. Give us something you guys, do you remember that you are the RAVENS? THEN ACT LIKE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our offense was missing yanda and dickson. Why so much poor execution? I hope jim caldwell adds in some hot routes or check quick screen plays to beat the blitz because Joe needs some safety valves when the pressure comes. Those screens to ray rice are played out denver was ready for that today

Time to start resting people. Suggs had 1 tackle today. Ngata had only 1 tackle. Reed is still looking for Moreno. Ray Lewis can take another week to get ready. Birk and some of the O-line guys could use some time off. Maybe they should gear up for NY, since it seems to bee a winnable game and then send out the subs for the Cincy game.

I somehow don't think the Ravens will rest anyone that can go out there and play. Why? Because it could be the difference between a #4 seed and a home playoff game or the #5/#6 seed and playing someone on the road, like Denver for example. I'd rather them try to get the #4 seed, and if the Bengals win next week, that could be what they're playing for in Cincinnati in Week 17.
