nah. more like a yellow flag. or maybe like a red-orange. when mr. irrelevant has lost confidence in #5, the red flags are gonna be flying.

Flacco played like crap today, but the only reason we have nine wins is bc of him... And a bit of luck along the way.

Some people can't get things without it being broken down word by word... Eli is just as inconsistent... He's just had players on offense step up and bail him out. Joe doesn't have a WR to do that for him.
Some people cannot get this without it being explained better to them. Eli while inconsistent has won 2 Super Bowls. Joe has won 0 Super Bowls while being inconsistent. I will take inconsistent with Super Bowl wins over inconsistent without Super Bowl wins. People point at Flacco's record however early in his career he rode the defense and a run game to a winning record.

This loss, I will agree with you. @Philly, nope, the D gave that one away, same with vs Houston, PIT, and Washington. The only loss I can blame on Joe is this one!

Flacco has his limitations but he's mostly solid. Yes his arm has been off lately, yes the pick six was a horrible read, yes he fumbles too much. However, he's done nothing but win in his career, and it's not time to panic yet. The "elite" conversation is probably over though.
Simply put , his/your defense has won most games......he is just average at best. Also his OL and running game has been horrible this year...and whe he becomes "one dementional" he will eventually make a bad throw.......... I have seen this for 3 years now.
I don't mind keeping Flacco is he accepts what he's worth. But this team will not and should not break the bank for his inconsistent play.

What little hope I had for Flacco which wasn't much to begin with is completely gone.

The ship is sailed. Maybe it's a good thing for the Ravens that the defense took a slight step back this year or else they pay this loser elite money like he and his agent want and the team be saddled with this guy for many more years.... Yeah ,elite money for Mark Sanchez south.

The GIANTS have 2 SuperBowls in his time with them... The Ravens have zero SuperBowls since Flacco. Eli has had a solid running game and a decent defense too. Lets not forget how they get after the QB..
Ohh, and that great defense always crumbles against top tier QBs... always has... except 2000. I think people overrated our defense for years. 2006 was the last great Ravens Defense...
Your points are true for basically every non-elite QB. Yes, even Ben, as we saw earlier this year when PIT was losing to the likes of Oakland.

True here, but remember, this is one game with a new OC. You expected immedient changes, I didnt. I expected a growing pain game here.

@Philly i think the refs might have taken that one from us. Houston was just a train wreck, no one did that one right, but you can argue that the safety on Joe was the momentum shifter. PIT was the D, true. 'Skins loss was the O-Line and Joe primarily, but ST and D toward the end. Today was, no doubt about it, at least 95% Flacco's fault.
Let's not go crazy. We had a great defense in 2008, 2009, and 2011.

The 2010 defense was overrated though. They gave up leads like crazy.

Don't be ridiculous... Unlike Sanchez, Flacco never gives up. And he has a worse offensive line. And he has a much better playoff record.

Sizzle may of been trying to inspire confidence in Joe. The main problem is our offense is too busy trying to prove Joe is Elite when he is not. Elite is meant for the top 5% of anything in life.

I think it's you that doesn't get it. Eli didn't get those SB wins on his own. And it's pretty obvious that the Ravens would have had a shot at one last year had Evans put the winning TD away.

Flacco disappeared in the 2nd half of Philly, Pitts, and Washington and never showed up against Houston.
Exactly, there are only 4 elite QBs in this league imo.

We should run our offense like Houston. We had good run blocking before Yanda went down.

the skins should have never has a chance to take it to OT. Flacco was nonexistent in the second half.

I haven't lost confidence in Joe. He may have lost confidence in himself though. I've lost confidence that this makeshift o-line could hold up enough and I've lost confidence that Oher can be a capable enough LT, although I do believe he's a capable RT. You win and lose in the trenches. I've also lost a little confidence in Harbaugh as far as game management goes.
