I'm losing confidence in him, he usually has a good game after I get to that point though. He's struggling , and so is the whole team.
But how many times are we going to go through this cycle? How many times do we need Flacco to "bounce back?" It gets tiring.

Oz can kiss his job goodbye if he lets Joe walk. May I remind you all of the Boller days again? You people are complaining about Flacco? What was here during the Boller days?
Statement like this shows the blind love for Flacco if you think Ozzie will be fired over or for letting Flacco an average QB walk......

And has a better O-Line, and hardly gets touched..... Anyone would have a sick PA fake if they had foster, Johnson, and Daniels to work with.

We have Boldin and Smith, Ray Rice, and Pitta so you were saying...

Freeman is clutch... RG3 is gonna be Vick 2.0 (Minus the dog part) Smith is on the bench...... Wilson well, IDK what I can argue about that. 9 and 10 are interchangeable....Flacco is #8. Nothing more nothing less. I did not know what to put for 9,10. But as far as I am concerned, Flacco is better than Rg3, Wilson, Stafford, and Smith
You drank too much Purple Kool-Aid sir if you think Flacco is the 8th best QB in the league.

RG3 will be a Vick 2.0? Ok , can you give me the lotto numbers for this month?

You don't need to be clairvoyant to see the option thing will be a short lived gimmick and his downfield running will soon get him smashed into a short career.

I agree. Im telling you though... He's Eli with less weapons in the passing game and a weaker offensive philosophy . Eli had Tyree and Hixon to save the day.. I mean, Eli is even more hot and cold then Flacco.. But when Eli gets hot, he's unstoppable. When Joe gets hot, we drop passes and false start . Each time Flacco has a chance to get to the big one, the likes of Evans, Houshmandzadeh , and Boldin drop passes. Heck, Mason cost us the division with a huge drop against Pittsburgh.

Flacco has done some bad things, but he's put us in position to win many times. Flacco has had a hard road.. Crappy Oline and the more I see it, poor WR core. That, with his erratic play and mistakes... it makes it hard.

Agreed. Flacco is a lesser Eli. Look at Today, Eli sucked, Flacco sucked in the first half, came back in the second against a soft D. Others have screwed up when Joe gets hot

RGIII can actually throw the ball too. He's not just a runner.

Last I check Eli has 2 Super Bowl rings and Joe has 0. Aaron Rodgers gets hit as much as any other QB in the league and still gets it done.

RGIII throws the ball real well and is very accurate. They will phase out of the zone read and he will still be good.

I think his statement began with "O line...he hardly gets touched". That could be pretty important for success at QB, don't ya think?
And RR is having such a great year.

With a Saints-esque offensive line, Flacco can do great things! Instead, his porous offensive line keeps him under constant pressure. This is what leads to him getting sacked for fumbles and rushed into making dangerous throws that get picked. It doesn't help that his receivers constantly missed catches and Rice stalled at the worst moments.

So could Vick........

Bob is a flash in the pan in a gimmick offense that won't last.
This is true but that poster has a point. Eli's numbers in his first years are even worse than Flacco's. Eli isn't even a career 60% passer. If only Flacco had David Tyree instead of Lee Evans.

i love Torrey, but he is extremely limited, or at least his routes make him seem that way. his biggest contribution to this team is him darting down the sideline at full speed.

I'm with display.

The seed of doubt is now firmly planted in my head. Joe has been my man thick or thin. Now.... I'm really starting to doubt my conviction in him. It's not over yet....

Edit. Our O line SUCKS.

Did you see the pass today where he caught it in the middle and ran to like the 5 yard line? Of course Joe threw a pick on the next play, but it showed off his speed when you give him the ball and let him do the work.

That being said, Joe did impress me a little going into the second half, but the first half was disgusting. We can no longer use Cam and play calling as our excuse. The plays have to be executed. He stared down Boldin even before the play went off on the Pick6. He has to execute.

Some people can't get things without it being broken down word by word... Eli is just as inconsistent... He's just had players on offense step up and bail him out. Joe doesn't have a WR to do that for him.

That's not to excuse Flacco, who is also overrated at this point.

nah. more like a yellow flag. or maybe like a red-orange. when mr. irrelevant has lost confidence in #5, the red flags are gonna be flying.

My question is that why did we not run rice when we were near the endzone? That play shouldve never been called in the first place!

I agree about RR. I mean AP has Ponder at QB and no other real offensive weapons but is going to get 2000 yards this year after major reconstructive surgery.

i agree. the throw/read was stupid, but the play call was just as stupid. lack of time-out was stupid. stupidity all around.

Yeah not to mention the 3 timeouts we had to use with 30 seconds to go....Harbaugh is making me question his ability.

Yes! Flacco has cost us three games in a row with his costly turnovers. He should be playing his best ball coming down the stretch and he is not. Flacco has also lost the confidence of his teammates. All except Pitta no doubt.

Why wont our coach play Tyrod even in a blowout.
C'mon with pin pointing everything on Joe man. It has been a TEAM LOSING EFFORT. Bad offensive line, recivers not getting seperation, bad play calling, terrible defense all year. The easiest thing to do is to say its the QBs fault lets get a new one that will solve everything! Just like with fans who thought firing Cam cameron would make our offense elite. It doesnt work like that our entire team played awful this year. And you think 34 points scored is a blowout? hahahahahahahahahahah even if it was 34-0 thats nothing. 40+points than maybe but Flacco stayed in and finished strong. Tyrod is the slightly better version of troy smith IMO, he might get a chance to start somewhere in his career but I doubt he will make a serious impact.
