Direct representation of the head coach....there's never any accountability. Never any "yes these guys screwed up and need to do better." It's always flowers and sunshine with this team, even after a two-game losing streak. "I like what we did out there, we did some good things." No. When players screw up, and don't follow through on their assignments, there needs to be accountability; someone has to take responsibility and be told "you screwed up, do it again and your spot on this team may be in jeopardy."

Doesn't happen in Baltimore, sadly.

we can't count on this offense! we can't count on them! they are done! their spirit and pride is broke this game. 3 losses in a row. can't seem to hold onto a division lead by taking care of our own business, may lose the north playing like this and then we wonder why the steelers get all of the media hype. SMH!!!!!!
