Please help. I can't upload either a personal photo or an avatar image from my laptop. Don't uite understand why.

Has anyone else had the same problem, or is it just me?

Yup, I have the same problem, too. Probably just a bug that needs to be fixed or something. I had the same issue with my avatar when I first tried to upload it, but it eventually went through, so who knows...

I could not add mine from the hard drive, I had to use the URL for where the image is hosted.

Well, the personal photo feature still isn't working for me, but oh well, no biggie.

That just means no one (other than the people on the Ravens MySpace page scrolling down to look at the comments) will ever see my face...

my avatar is 80x100 and a .jpeg and it still wont work

Try using the URL option. If your avatar is on a site like Photobucket, copy and paste the entire address like this:

http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a372/Mad...M/redlogo12.jpg

It seems to have been disabled before, but it's working now.

From an Admin on 05/30/07:

"We have been working out several kinks with the new message boards, including image, photo and signature issues. They should all be working now, but please let me know if you continue to have problems. We have also added a "TEST" area on the boards where you should be able to see what your images look like before posting them in a forum."

My uploaded photo, which meets all picture requirements (file type and size), still doesn't appear in my posts. It uploads from my hard disk and saves in My Controls, but that's it. It's the same picture I use, without problem, on the Orioles board.
