Wow, talk about fair weather fans. We lose 2 close games and now we are asking if we will win another game. The Ravens will find a way to win. It may not be pretty, but don't really care about that.

Well, on an upside, Steelers and Bengals have decided to suck right along with us and IMO we play better in the post-season without that silly bye week anyway.
Yeah, their mediocrity is what will probably get Baltimore into the post-season (if they make it, of course). I don't know about the bye week though. They usually win one and then are done regardless of the bye. However, we know what has happened to the other streaks this year...

We know that, but they lost their last home game... against a third string qb, now they will face the Mannings. It's not terribly encouraging. Besides that, they finally woke up on the road today and it still wasn't good enough.

I still think we go 12-4. Maybe 11-5. I think we win against Denver and NY, with the potential lose to the Bungles on the road.

I was questioniong whether we would win another one after the loss to Pittsburgh. I am not alone.

I did answer yes though and the likely win is Cincy. I do not see us beating Denver. Peyton is going to absolutley destroy us. That defense in Denver is what the Ravens used to be.

Forget the Giants. They win it.

That leaves Cincy

there's nothing fair weather about fans being upset over 2 losses in a row....in the same manner....being a defense collapse in the closing minutes or seconds of the game.

Tell em man. If you complain about the Ravens at all you're a fair weather fan. Some posters on here think the Ravens are infallible.

We'll go 10-6 and be one and done in the playoffs. Last year was the year. Hopefully we'll get it in 2013.
At best, 11-5, make the Divisional Round. In general, we just aren't a good team.

This is exactly what I forsee happening. Another heartbreaker.

Go ahead and call me crazy now.

But I do think we upset Denver at home. Just get this strange sense.

I hope so!

The fact is injuries have killed us and we are just a bad team right now. We don't have an answer for anyone and it's not going to get any easier than it did today. We will finish the season 9 and 7 and miss the playoffs. I'm embarrassed for my team - and Flacco is the main culprit. He is still making the same bad choices and doing the same ridiculous turnovers. He truly is an awful quarterback and this year will be his last as a Raven!

If not him than who? Tyrod didnt look good in the pre-season, he got outplayed by Painter... We wont draft high enough to get a good rookie, and who in FA will want to work with Cam?

The only game we may win is of course in Cincy but they have come on strong and our D has gotten worse since we last met. The entire NFL knows how to beat us now which is (just give flacco a chance to screw up) and they have a shot or run or pass the ball. In any case we will find a way to lose in crunch time to even the worst QB's. Almost starting to think Boller could beat us, OK that was stretching it.. LOL.
That's kinda a stupid statement. Flacco drove up the field for a game winning drive but this time the defense betrayed us. Offense loss last week. Defense loss this week.

Or......

Why not see what Flacco can do with a new coordinator?

The only way we miss the playoffs is if, in addition to everyone winning and us losing, the Bengals and Steelers TIE. You really want to bet on that?

Because the ciaches are unwilling to make the necessary changes to win games, I have little confidence in the play calling now. Its neen discussed. Thousands of times on Offense and defensr what needs to be done. I am waiting for the coaches to continue to do the same things and get gone when season is over. Very dissapointed in the stubbornness of Cam.

You can't blame this loss on Cam. Last week, not using Rice in the entire 4th quarter, yes... But against the 'Skins? We ran it 35 times, passed 21 times, had 359 total yards and scored 28 points. Flacco had a passer rating of 121, completing 76% of his passes with 3 TDs. A balanced Offense... Rice gained 136 total yards! Cam remembered him!

I know everyone's bummed, but let's not pile on Flacco and the O, when they hold up their end of the bargain; it was the D, and (to a lesser extent) the STs that lost the game yesterday.

I can't understand why Pees is still attempting to coach the defense. They couldn't stop a rookie qtr back with what 11 plays in the NLF this year, thats sad. If we had a head coach with backbone that man should have been gone in the bye week. Next week with Manning yes another lost. We can't beat the Browns right now. DEFENSE WHAT DEFENSE.

Pees is the one who misses tackles?

I disagree!

Nope, it is obviously Axl Rose.... I love GNR, but he tackled his own fans live; and he missed lol. So I assume he is playing for us.

Really Glad we took the knee at the end of the first half. Thank god we didnt need those potential 3 points to win.

I respectfully disagree, complaining does not translate into being fairweather. I'll support the Ravens to the end, even if they go 0-16. However, I'll continue to complain if I see them playing poorly because I understand the expectations of this team and truly get frustrated when this team doesn't play up to those expectations when I know they are capable of doing so. I think refraining from complaining and believing that everything will be OK is quite delusional. For example, I'm happy we're 9-4 but I'll complain about the fact that our defense hasn't shown an ability to stop anyone consistently all year, especially late in games, and I'll complain that this is an Achilles heel-type characteristic that could certainly cost us in the playoffs. I'll complain about the fact that our offense drops 55 one week while scoring 9 against a KC team. It's worth complaining about because this offense has the talent to be a top-5 offense, and this defense has the playmakers to be consistent.

The Ravens should win the Cincinatti game, if anything. The Broncos game is far from impossible. Kansas City almost beat them. The hapless Chargers almost beat them twice. That game will be all about pass rushing. Manning has thrown his fair share of picks this year, when under pressure.

how about harbaugh calling a timeout to set up a play against a rookie back up giving the redskins to formulate a play instead of just sending the house on the kid...i made a thread last year after the patriots loss about how we would never win a superbowl with him everyone negged me i ended up being right he just got handed the keys to a ferarri and never figured out how to drive it
