Joe find his arm again, gain some pocket awareness/presence and also learn to break the pocket when needed?

Sure hope so!

I've been waiting for this for far too long. It is downright atrocious at times. I hope you're right bro.

The optimism around here, it's overwhelming -- let me tell you.

Maybe The Bank can start selling those little white flags that Cleveland started selling earlier in the season.

You'd think we were 4-9 the way people act.

Love the new title.

It rings more true than Lewis vs. Reed imo. Reed has always been Peyton's nemesis

Reed isnt the moriarty to Holmes.... Ray is, if anything Reed is just the sharpshooter.

It's just we've been fairly underwhelming according to Ravens' standards all year, and worse than ever lately considering we lost two in a row....to Charlie Batch and Griffin/Cousins. Now, it's Manning. Losing to those two and realizing it doesn't look great against Manning, who we haven't beat in forever when healthy, isn't really pessimism, just realism.

Ngata's not at or playing like 100%, McPhee's been injured and off all year, Kemoeatu and Cody are below average, Ray's out, McClain's out, Ellerbe almost certainly won't play and will be 33% if he does, McClellan's just average and spent more time at OLB than ILB where we'll have him, Bynes is decent but not as a leader, just a system guy or good vs. preseason 3rd stringers though I liked his forced fumble. Cary's Cary, Jimmy hasn't shown much other than the INT vs. the Pats' last year which Pollard tipped to him, will be rusty and not 100%, Corey was hot at first but cooling off, Pollard's hurt and may not play and won't be 100%, Ed Reed hasn't been his old playmaking self for years and barely attempts to tackle, just hold onto a guy and be ridden downfield until someone else wants to tackle them. Courtney's pretty good but looks like a rookie at times and has no quickness, Art Jones was a dud until San Diego but has miraculously become a good player, and Ihedigbo's solid but no good in coverage. Torrey and Joe's chemistry is horribly off, our offense goes through awful 3-and-out stretches every game and lately at the end in the most crucial stage.

All this is pretty much indisputable. Can we still win despite all this? Sure, and everyone wants us to. Given our injuries, underperformance, inconsistency, and the quality of our opponent, is it likely? Absolutely not. M+T and coming off losses are historically great to us, but we're trying to slay a dragon with a dull sword given our personnel problems right now.

Sizzle is playing! Yes!
But Pollard, McClain, Ellerbe and Yanda aren't. Those are huge names for us...

It's really tough to be optimistic when 1/2 your starting Defense is injured/not playing and the Offense is being inconsistent.

I can easily see Denver getting 27 points. Manning is usually good for 3 TD and I'm sure we'll let Moreno get a rushing TD.

Yes they are. We need for folks to step up and play over their heads. Having Sizzle will help to bring some leadership.

Heard a little while ago that Manning has thrown picks in 4 of the last 5 games. Here's to continuing that trend and multiplying it!

Was just thinking the only thing that could have been worse when we lost this week is if Cundiff hit that field goal lol. Lets hope we'renot in that situation again this week.

Flacco...... The ship has sailed on whether this guy amounts to anything other than a mediocre player. What's Boller asking for these days?

He just can't hitch his wagon to the defense, let them win games and hope to get paid like he's elite anymore.

What a shame we have a banged up defense, yet the defense is still better than the offense. Joe Flacco proves time and time again he can't handle the pressure. I think its sad when you have been in 5 years of playoff games and still get out played by every quarterback, even rookie quarterbacks. Just get rid of Flacco already, I mean every year I watch this guy it gets worse. The coaching staff is also awful, play-calling sucks still and Ray Rice still isn't getting enough touches. Our offensive line sucks every last lineman especially Michael Oher seeming how he has a movie out ( The Blind-side) but surely doesn't play like he deserves to be mentioned let alone have a movie. smh

Im a die-hard Ravens fan, but I do believe in being real. Joe Flacco is timid and rattled every week, which shows he needs a seat on the bench. I mean yea were banged up, but today our defense gave our offense plenty of chances but yet our quarterback, OC, and Head coach didn't do anything necessary to win. No adjustments were made at half-time and the game got worse.

Every week Baltimore's offense struggles to score consistently. Baltimore has wasted over 10yrs of Great Defense. If Tom Brady or Peyton Manning ever had a defense consistently like baltimore had all these years, they would have at least 5 rings either or. But noooo Baltimore has always been a quarterbackless team. Im fed up because RAY LEWIS deserves another ring I mean he only gave you 16+ stellar years of line backing and physical and emotional teachings to the team. ED REED who has been stellar being the best outfielder this game has ever seen also deserves a ring. smh sad but so

Harbaugh looks as lost as Flacco when they show him on the sideline. He looks lost and worried.

This team has completely fallen apart. I think most fans saw what the ravens were this season and we eeked out a few close wins. The Team always touted the record but we all knew what was on the field- an underperformig team that dominates nothing and can't finish. Everything is just more exposed now. The fans were right to question this team all season despite what the team would say. Oh, we are 9-2 be happy blah blah blah. This team should NOT have 9 wins.

I think Harbs has lost this football team.
