I think we can beat them. We take care of rookie quaterbacks usually. Even with our defense on its last leg; I think they'll find a way to get to RGIII. I don't even know what to say about the offense.

We control the clock and get a well-balanced run/pass game going, we win this with ease. We get behind early, Cam presses the pass-happy panic button and we forget about Ray Rice (again) - we lose.

The only fans obsessed with bragging are the silly Redskins fans who have zero class and don't know how to handle success since they haven't had a whiff of it in years and years. Go Ravens!

You can umm...burp, in Baltimore and hear it at FEDEX field, it's that close. So many Ravens fans will be there, including me.

We are there for one reason (after all those tickets ain't cheap). We are there to see our team, the Ravens, play ball. In truth they don't need a title for us to call them our champions, they will always be Baltimore's champions, but...... it would be nice to add on the end an AFC championship title to that as well! LOL.

To all fans, chill the Ravens are good. To the team, just go our there and do what you do like the pros you are, and have fun with it. The game today has many technical pieces, no doubt physical test of the best of the best, but it is still a game! So how does that saying go? "embrace the grind." and win.

See you there tomorrow! Purple Rage is coming to DC!

GO RAVENS!

It's simple. Santana Moss is going to go long. Hello, my name is Ed Reed.
Joe Flaco. Do not. I repeat, do not throw high arching balls and you will starve DeAngelo Hall to death.

And as for RGIII. You have never been hit by a Raven before. Welcome to the NFL.

We need to run the ball effectively and Joe needs to have a solid day. Lord knows us ravens fans will show up in droves (me included) so I don't think they will have that much of a home field advantage. If we take care or business, we'll be leaving FedEx happy and singing "hail to the ravens, hail victory"

This is going to be a close game, however our red zone defense steps up and we win by seven or more. No more will our fans develop stomach ulcers from watching the game.

You beat Washington by throwing the football.

I'm all for getting Ray Rice his touches, and running the ball, but a 70 30 run to pass ratio in this game will put us on the losing side.

Frankly, I'd like to see us come out throwing early and often and throwing deep. That's how you move the linebackers and safeties out of the box.

Next week against Denver is the week to pound the rock. Washington is well above average against the run, and their secondary is pathetic. We will see what Cam Cameron chooses to do.

The "hatred" for the Redskins actually goes back to 1952. Baltimore was trying to get a team into the American Conference. The owner of the Redskins, George Preston Marshall lobbied every owner/crony of the other teams to boycott Baltimore's bid. It worked for the 1953 season, but in 1954, The owners voted in Baltimore's favor. Marshall had the same mind set as Clark Griffith (Senators). Lilly White.

I can't stand the Redskins, and I hope that the Ravens will execute all day tomorrow, and hopefully a lot of Ravens fans will cheer loudly in Fedex Field, and show the Redskins fanbase that we are the best fanbase. The Ravens have to play a complete game tomorrow, and the game is a must must must win for the Ravens because we still have a chance to win home-field advantage in the playoffs, but the Ravens have to take it one game at a time and take care of business tomorrow. This game is going to be tough, but the offense has to do its thing. Lets go Ravens!!! The Ravens have to be spontaneous on offense, and it all comes down to the game-plan by Cam Cameron, we have to have faith in the Ravens everyone, and Ravens fans are the best fans!! Ravens fans show Redskins fans whose boss!!

How do they figure to stop Rice-Pierce, or any Q,Torrey,Jones (plus our TEs and Doss,Thompson,Williams who are always waiting for their chance)?? their defence is terrible against the air..they just can't
There's only a person able to do that...and it's our OC..it looks he doesn't even know what a playbook is...always power run, power run, middle pass; so few screens, so many cross routes, so predictable
If Cam can make fine playcalls, then it will be a huge game!!
Go ravens!!

I don’t care how we get the ball into Ray Rice’s hands as long as it’s in his hands. He is the best play maker on the team. Additionally, Succo needs to concentrate on the short and intermediate passing game. His longest completion this year was a quick slant to Smith who broke it for 54 yds (50 YAC). The short passing game is as effective as the run game and it keeps the LBs off balance when they have to check multiple receivers across the middle, Succo needs to get the ball out of his hands as quickly as possible because the longer it’s in his hands the higher the probability something bad is going to happen. Hopefully TSizzle can give us a 70% effort but the winning game plan is ball control on offense when we can execute several 4-6 min scoring drives instead of the normal 1-3 min drives.

We need good line play and our recievers need to separate. I have now rewatched all of our games and have looked on line at several different angles. I owe an apology to Flacco for some things. Our recievers are not getting open and our line has almost given up as mnay sacks as we have all of last year, which was way to many. Flacco in some games, have overthrown balls but for the most part he did his part. We have to be strong up the middle, beat the cb off the push and catch the ball on third down. We also have to get consistant running from Rice. Too many time he has back to back plays getting stuffed and then he has a home run type of run that makes his yards per carrry look good. The good news is , the deadskins have suspect corners and bumb safteys. No pass rush per se and short recievers that we can manhandle. Go Ravens in a blowout. Shut these DC chicken and Mambo sauce, goo listening too bumbs up

I'm glad so many pundits are writing the Ravens off. This team plays best with a chip on its shoulder. I hope they keep hearing how RGIII will run all over them tomorrow.

The Redskins ARE hot and we are not. I see nothing changing with our boring, predictable offense, along with a quarterback that likes to stay put in the pocket. If you do NOT try to make it happen, then NOTHING will. This has been growing OLD.

Joe Flacco needs to move out of a broken pocket and avoid sacks. You can,t really teach that to a Qb at this stage. We all know how great the offense plays when Joe Flacco and not Sloppy Joe shows up!Cam Cameron needs to show a wide range of plays with all his wide-outs.I,ve notice other teams coming up wiith counter plays, but we run the same plays the whole game.I think its time they clean house with the head coach and coordinators.

If Joe is hot right out - the gate, then we need to feed him passes. However, if he is off on even a couple of drives, throwing too 'high' for example, then we need to shorten his passes up and use more of the screens, but most importantly, we cannot forget about the biggest 'Safety-Net' we have, little Ray Rice. If we're not extending drives right away, getting him the ball more, in any way, is key. I do hope we test the Redskins secondary tho.

This will be a good opportunity for us to get back to stopping the run. As far who needs this game the most, I really don't care how bad a .500 NFC needs it. WE need to head into the post season strong, period. The more wins we get, the better post season position we are in.

One of the advantages of playing a game right down the street is that team doesn't really need to buy hotel rooms and they can use this extra day for a light practice.

NFL homepage:

" The magic number always for me is to try to get between 20-25 touches. Obviously we fell short of that. It was promising that the way I ran the ball against the Pittsburgh Steelers defense. Going forward, that's something positive to look at. "

- Ray Rice, answering questions about his ideal per game workload.

Cameron is a joke. Even NFL homepage quotes the exact things that are wrong with the ravens and one "coach" can't get that?! What the hell is going on in the Raven's office??
I'm sick and tired of this BS!

I guess going to the playoffs 4 years in a row is just not enough for some fans. Gripe, gripe, gripe!!!!!. This team has heart, this team is tough, this team has soul and this team beats all the odds when you least expect it. This teams injuries are to the point of being catastopic but you won't hear any complaints from them or any excuses from them either. Sure, they look bad in some games but so do ALL NFL teams at some point in the season. They pick themselves up, dust themselves off and go on to the next game. This team takes the wrath of the media and the fans and puts it in prospective each and every week. Win or lose this team is my team and they are THE RAVENS.

I really feel that Joe, was off last Sunday and he has something to prove today! His passes were too high and he under threw Torrey, on several passes and we all know about that Rocket on his arm! They had that game and gave it away, unlike the texans game as to where we got our butt kicked! We were robbed in philly so Im not counting that! Lol!

IMO There should not be this much hype for this game. rivalry? maybe. who needs it most ?Washington. Who will win? Baltimore.WHY? Because they are on record the better team.why is there so much hype? Griffin 3 that is the only reason. All the ravens have to do is be their selves. play there game and they should come out with a W. TIRED OF THE HYPE. LETS GET IT ON.

RG3 can make things difficult. Control the ball and keep him off the field. Joe shouldn't have any trouble vs Skins defense. If we don't stomp these guys Cam isn't doing his job.

I feel like I say this every week but, this is the game that will show us just how far we're going to go. It's also going to show us if Harbaugh had a little sit down with Cam Cameron this past week.

I blame Cameron just as much as anyone, if not more but at some point Harbaugh needs to be held accountable for our offensive play calling. We're 3/4's in, it's time to right the ship once and for all. Give Rice the ball, bottom line. And by the way.....

Cam must go !!!

last weeks Game looks even larger now,,we def could use Ray Lewis now more then ever ,if we are going to win this Game we Have to not only be perfect no turnovers ,but we have to do something we have failed to do all year long time of possession is critical, there Pass Defense is bad if i were the Ravens those little dinks and dunks they try that normally don't work need to be better setup block screens for rice ,because this Washington defense has been awful with that,But have been great in the run defense ,so if at anytime at all this year this is the Game Flacco needs to get everything together ,and Cam needs to put his Big boy pants on.

Why is everybody always blaming Cam? Harbaugh is just as much to blame if not more, Cam is not the head coach, you would think Harbaugh would have his input in the offense every week, if not then he doesn't need to be the head coach of the Ravens

" In my opinion, [Reed] is the best safety to play the game. I tell him that to his face all the time. I truly believe it. I've studied him, and I I've tried to incorporate things from his game into my game a lot of it I'm not able to do. I learned the importance of film study from him. He is the prototype and what anyone would want at safety. People can say you want big hits, but this game is about the ball. You can't score without it. When you get someone back there who can get the ball, that's what it's all about- Steelers S Troy Polamalu on S Ed Reed.
that's respect are you listening RG3. GO ravens .

We all know what the Ravens' winning offensive formula is:
1. Give Ray Rice 20 carried/touches,
2. Keep Joe E-Lite short, 7 to 15 yards and let "Q", Jacoby, Doss and Pitta run after catch,
3. Control the clock to keep the Defense fresh,
4. Get Pierce and Leach involved in the run-pass game; short yardage 3rd downs are higher percentage,
5. Get Justin Tucker in range
6. Only go deep when they "fill the box" to stop our short game!

It's, of course, not that easy but Cam's way ain't working and if we drop this one then the "we don't lose twice in a row" crap goes the way Pittsburgh sent the "we don't lose at home" superstition.

It also begins the countdown toward erasing the "we made the playoffs 4 years in a row" stuff down the 3 more losses - all of which are the only logical threads that seems to keep Cam hanging on!

I'm a die hard fan but I wish everyone would wake up! You can blame it on Cam all you want and he may be part of the problem but I trully believe that most of the problem is Joe "Cool" changing out of the run every time to throw his lame duck bomb into triple coverage so that he can try and convince people he is elite and deserving of a huge contract. Give the Dang ball to Ray Rice and let him go!

I'm with heyron on this one! Joe is not the answer in Baltimore, he is the weak link in our chain!! He consistently under performs and has yet to prove himself. Without the stars he has around him he's a nobody.

This is an all time low lost. I feel just like I felt after that guy dropped the pass for the game winning TD last year again New England. I'm not sure if I'm going to watch the game next week. The past two weeks have been disgusting. We do not know how to win in the 4th anymore.
