Well, he has them because of the second amendment. He's allowed to. I could care less that he has guns. I care that he keeps getting involved in domestic issues, and that they have resulted in the loss of his guns, which leads me to believe he has done some stupid, stupid things.

No, I am a Suggs fan. But my purple shades aren't so bright to where I won't call him out for doing something stupid like [b][u]multiple[/u] domestic incidents with women. i think he was refering to Suggs' wife who's tried to exploit 70 million dollars in a previous court case. She may try to do so again....his punctuation wasn't the clearest but theres no need to go flexing your grammatical muscles on everyone...

It sounds strange to me, the whole issue with Suggs. The repeated claims by this woman are so ridiculous that I just can't believe them. Seriously. Punched her in the neck and dragged her across a highway with his children? Suggs seems like a good dad. I'm not sure what kind of husband or father he is, but his children seem pretty central to his life. I just think that this woman is exaggerating stories about Suggs.

I'm not making excuses for him because I'm a fan of his. Rather, I am looking at a woman who continues to supposedly receive abuse yet returns to the abuser. That's not uncommon for abuse victims, but there should be physical evidence of the abuse that would be hard to deny.

But what doesn't make sense is owning 7-9 firearms. That's a little much unless he enjoys hunting.

NFLN is just reporting, I'm talking about the crazy accusations leveled against Suggs - dragging her along a speeding car, pouring bleach on her, breaking her nose with a kick, etc.

Domestic violence is very serious but these stories just seem so wild.

Seriously. This is my issue too. It's like come on now. I almost feel like I am reading fiction. I alsol feel like if Suggs is going to do this he needs to be disciplined. That's what makes it hard for me to swallow. I would imagine the Ravens would have had a talk with him about this already. I get the impression this is more about attention and spite moreso than truth.

My intent was NOT to criticize someone's grammar - I hate when people post just to correct someone's writing skills.

My point was that so many posters here tend to "excuse" bad decisions and poor behavior because they're committed by Ravens players... and make the assumption that the other person was the "bad guy" - in this case, Suggs' woman. We don't know either side, truly - whether he has an ongoing problem, or she's a gold-digger. Either option is possible, but many fans here ASSUME the Raven is innocent... simply because he's a player on their favorite football team.

We just don't know.

IMO, Suggs loves his kids and would do anything for them.
At least that is what I get from his fb page.
It sounds like his girlfriend is a real piece of work and uses them as a sort of trinket to get whatever she wants.
And those appears to have started from him wanting more custody.
