Off-Season Predictions:

Fire- Cam Cameron (OC) and Dean Pees (DC)

Hire- Rex Ryan (DC) and hopefully Andy Reid (OC). If not promote Jim Caldwell to OC

Resign-
Joe Flacco
Ed Reed
Dannell Ellerbe

Release-
Cary Williams
Ma’ake Kemoeatu
Ryan McBean
Sean Considine
Bryant McKinnie
Ed Dickson

Sign FA’s-
Ryan Clady, OL
Corey Williams, DT
D.J. Moore, CB

Rd. Name, Pos. (Ht. Wt.) School-
Assuming the Ravens Receive a 3rd, 5th, and 6th Round Pick for All of the Free Agent Loses
1. Shayne Skov, ILB (6-3 245lbs) Stanford- Skov is an intimidating presence on the field. Aside from his massive amounts of eye black, Skov possesses high 4.5 speed and incredible instincts.
2. Anthony Barr, OLB (6-4 240lbs) UCLA- Barr is a high motor player, who knows how to get to the QB. He leads the Nation in sacks, and he rushes from the 3-4 OLB position. He was a former running back which makes his speed is ridiculous. He has the strength and awareness to go along with his speed, and he would be a steal in the second round.
3. Bacarri Rambo, S (6-0 210lbs) Georgia- Rambo was named to multiple All-America and All-SEC teams after leading the SEC in interceptions. He also has the sort of name that inspires people to talk about what a great name he has even though he's been around for years now.
3. Joseph Fauria, TE (6-7 255lbs) UCLA- Fauria is a big, athletic, pass catching tight end. Despite inconsistency at the quarterback position, Fauria emerged as a standout for the Bruins, hauling in 39 passes for 481 yards and six scores in the 2011 season.
4. Zaviar Gooden, OLB (6-2 230lbs) Missouri- Gooden is one of the fastest outside linebackers ever. He has reportedly been clocked in the 4.4s which is almost unbelievable. Aside from being just fast he is one of the best pass-rushers in this draft.
5. Devin Taylor, DE (6-7 270lbs) South Carolina- Taylor has proven to be a standout throughout his career at South Carolina. He was immediately was thrown into the mix as a key part of the Gamecocks' rotation along the defensive line and registered 28 tackles, including 5.5 tackles for loss and two sacks. Like Hunt he is one of those physical “freaks” that you don’t see every day.
5. Rodney Smith, WR (6-5 220lbs) Florida State- Smith is a very tall, big-bodied, wide receiver with the ability to run after the catch. He is also a red zone threat that every team must be aware of.
6. Tyrann Mathieu, CB/S (5-9 180lbs) LSU- I was a big fan of drafting Burfict in the seventh round last year, although we did'nt i think we should have, and i am a HUGE fan of Mathieu. He is the best defensive playmaker i have ever seen, and he has the talent to do "special" things in the NFL, if he can stay out of trouble.
6. Collin Klein, QB (6-5 230lbs) Kansas State-Joe Flacco’s durability is outstanding, but there is always the chance that he will go down. When he does go down the Ravens need someone to take over. Collin Klein is the favorite to win the Heisman right now. But many people think his play style wont transfer into the NFL.
7. Trade for 2014 Pick

Undrafted Players:
1. Dann O'Neill, OT (6-7 305lbs) Western Michigan
2. Josh Jenkins, OG (6-4 305lbs) West Virginia
3. Chuck Jacobs, WR (6-0 180lbs) Utah State
4. Travis Kelce, TE (6-5 260lbs) Cincinnati
5. Jake Johnson, ILB (6-1 240lbs) South Alabama
6. Darius Smith, DT (6-2 315lbs) Miami Fla.
7. Onterio McCalebb, RB (5-10 175lbs) Auburn
8. Jakar Hamilton, FS (6-2 205lbs) South Carolina State
9. Ryan Dannewitz, OT (6-5 300lbs) Colorado
10. MarQueis Gray, WR (6-4 250lbs) Minnesota

1) We will not fire Dean Pees

2) Albert and Johnson will easily get at least $7 million per year each and we don't have that cap room especially when we resign Flacco, Reed and Ellerbe.

3) Corey Williams is a 4-3 DT which makes it unlikely we sign him.

4) I don't think Rex Ryan would be willing to come back to Baltimore because he thinks he should have been the HC not Harbs.

5) Barr is number 15 on Kiper's big board.

6) Collin Klein is not the front runner for the Heisman. It is Manziel and Teo.

I'm not trying to hate on you I am just pointing out some things.

I like the idea of getting a DL in FA. Corey Williams has played 34 DE in the Browns and the Packers moved him around alot when he was there - so I do think fit wise it would be pretty good.

I think you may be going overkill on the LBers with two back to back picks as well as a FA acquisition. It may create an uneeded log jam at the position. I like the Rambo and Fauria picks, however I think both will go higher.

The prospect of signing an ILB in the first round is interesting: Ogletree (GA) and Minter (LSU) would also be nice picks. I'd like us to go with a DT/DE in the second round: Hankins (Oh. St.), Richardson (Miss.), Williams (NC), Floyd (Flor.). Of course, Ozzie will take the best player on the board.

2013 Offseason Resighing
Joe Flacco
Ed Reed
Dennis Pitta
Paul Kruger

Ed Dickson will probably get a draft pick meaning that if a other team went to sigh Dickson they will how give up that draft pick to us.

Cary Williams will get a new deal, I think it is his best season so far.

You know we ain't going to go out and get big names free agents, we build through the draft.

Welcome To The 2013 NFL Draft, and with the 32nd overall pick, The Baltimore Ravens select..........

1st Round-ILB- C.J.Molsey-Alabama
Fans favorite picks probably would be Manti Te' O from Norte Dame, bot he probably be a early pick and the only way we drafted him is by trading up, and even if he falls down there is a chance that a other playoffs team will drafted him,.

2nd Round-S-Matt Elems- Florida
I think that we realized that Ed Reed may retire next year and we need to get more depth at the Free Safety, and if Reed does come back he can tutor Elems this season and the future, if Ed Reed become the DC or the Secondy Coach, who would like at?

3rd Round-WR-DeAndre Hawkins-Clemson
I not sure with this pick but I think we realized that Flacco need more weapons and we don't have a enough caps to go out and sigh a big name WR. So if Hawkins is still on the board, we need to get Flacco more weapons.

4th Round-S-T.J. McDonald-USC
I think that because USC Defense played so poor, that teams will over look McDonald valves in the draft. And we need younger guys in the Secondry.

4th Round (From NFL)-DE-Williams Ghoston-Michigan State
Williams may drop since Michigan State have a down year, and I not sure if he put up the numbers that teams are looking for.

5th Round-Zaviar Gooden-OLB-Missouri -Suggs ain't getting any younger, I know that if Suggs stay healthy next year he will go back up to 2011 Defensive Player Of The Year award. that he was.

5th Round (From NFL)-Tyrann Mathieu-Unknown College
It's may be a big of a risk, but it be worth it. Will he start, no, but can he come in and make plays yes. If don't works out, we can cut him.

6th Round-A.J.McMannon-QB-Alabama
We need to find out if Tyrod is the right backup for Flacco, and by that we bring in McMannon and challenge Taylor for the backup job.

7th Round-Brandon Jenkins-DE-Florida State
Jenkins has them injuried the last two year at Florida State, and he need more depth at the D-Line.

Maybe Some Undrafted Players
RB-Cierre Woods -Notre Dame
OLB/FB-Zach Boren-Ohio State
WR-Russell Shepard-LSU

If Rex Ryan get fired, I can see him coming back to Baltimore and I think we will welcome his return back to Baltimore,we should name Dean Pees back to Linebackers Coach. And about Andy Reid, I believe a team like the Chargers will get him, and Norv Turner he be a great OC, But will he be a balance OC, that why he should hire Brian Billeck as our OC, and keep Cam as something.Go Ravens!!!!!!!!!

Also no chance of McDonald in the 4th or Elam in the bottom of the 2nd. Gholston also most likely won't be available

Yeah exactly Mcdonald was considered too be a late first round pick last year, I doubt he falls 3 rounds.

If somehow they all magically fell that far it would be tremendous but I give it about a .0000000000000000000000000000000001% chance of happening

I doubt Jenkins falls to the 7th and I doubt Rex would swallow his ego to be back here. He thought he should have gotten the head coaching job here when he interviewed.

You guys really think that we have viable O-line players on this team. Who will be the LT? Oher or KO or Reid or Harewood? We lost games this year because of ineffective offensive line play more than defensive issues....see Pitt and Redskin game which shouldn't have come down to a tired defense trying to once again save an offense that couldn't put its foot on the opponents' throats. And our OL was dominated in the Texans lost, looked bad in close wins also. Oher is not a LT and KO should be the LG. Ravens are 31st in time of possession. Too many 3 and outs. Flacco is not mobile or has pocket presence and will get re-signed. We gave Rice $40M! Neither matters, nothing matters more than building a stable OL. Do we need def player, oh yes? But, if there is a rock solid LT on the board and we have chance to get him, get him!!! In Oz, I trust...to find late round gems but there is little margin for error if we expect to be SB contenders.
