Cam. I guess its the easiest way to go, but whatever. Any time Rice has 12 carries for 78 yards (6.5 YPC) and we don't keep giving him the rock, it blows my mind.
I wouldn't go that far, yes he had a good game. But lets be Real, he hasn't been getting any yardage for a while now. Sick of see 3 and INCHES (last week against the Chargers) and he can't even get back to the line of scrimmage. And i would blame the O line but they can't be the Excuse because B.Pierce doesn't have a problem getting more than 2 yds a carry, he seems to always make something out of nothing.

Oh, that reminds me, i guess Rice was gaining yardage today because he was actually cutting back instead of going down running into his own O LINE or going down because a defender touched his Shoelace, lol.

I don't see how anyone can argue that the defense blew this game big time. 20 points at home against a Charlie Batch-led Steelers team should've been more than enough to win. Yet the defense let that O march up and down the field throughout the second half, most embarrassingly on that last drive.
Exactly, mind you, the same team that Lost to the BROWNS, uNreal.

this one was hard to watch. the steelers dominated in the trenches on both sides of the ball. d line couldnt get any pressure on incredibly banged up o line. the only time we got some sacks was when batch held the ball for like 10 seconds.it seems like our d line gets absolutely no push at all. and our o line was man handled today...

If he isn't gone after this season, it's time to boycott the team.
See this is why I get frustrated. We've been a winning team for 5+ seasons, there's no need to boycott. Boycotting is for the Chiefs, Jaguars, Eagles, Chargers, teams that actually suck.

There's a fine, fine line between wanting your team to do better, and then being overly critical.

A lot of us straddle that line daily. I've been guilty of it, too -- but, again, it's a very fine line.

Hey PEES! 1 word for ya: Blitz!!!!!! We barely blitz and we didn't do one overload blitz in the entire game. We made Batch looked like Ben and that's inexcusable (even the Browns knows better...). And don't tell me that he didn't want to blitz because he had unproven DB's because it's way harder for the DB's to hold on their coverage (even in zone) for 8 seconds than covering their WR'S for 3 seconds because of the blitzes. Plus the Steelers had a bunch of backup in their OL and Batch can't escape the pocket. The sad thing is Harbaugh can't coach his coordinators (like Parcells would do with Belichick) and he has to rely entirely on them because the only dimension of the game he understands is special team...

It is useless to disagree when he is in this mood. If Flacco has a good game next week, he'll be right back on his bandwagon again. It's a Jekyll and Hyde thing I've chosen to just ignore.

I'm going to be as objective as possible when I say Flacco had an awful performance today BUT that it was as much a function of our WR's and OL as it was him. As far as what he didn't do himself, his deep throws consistently turned into jump balls instead of a lead ball that the receiver could catch in stride. He was indecisive on a number of occasions, but that's where we get into the WR's who dropped a number of passes and were generally unable to get open, albeit against the #1 pass defense which got a boost with the return of Troy. I liked what our OL did in the run game and was surprised we abandoned it; RR and Pierce ran great today. But pass protection left a lot to be desired. KO is a great run mauler at RT thus far; love what he's doing in that department. He'll continue to grow as a pass protector but today he was largely ineffective, and that's without Woodley. Oher had a tough time with Harrison as usual.

There's really not a lot to pinpoint in terms of the offense, it was a collectively poor performance. I'm not very confident with the way this offense plays on a regular basis. I'm quite hesitant on my criticism of Flacco because of the inevitable backlash from many fans on this forum, but he seems to have regressed to an extent. I haven't seen the confidence in his decision-making; again, a function of WRs but there are players open at times that he has just missed.

Defensively that was quite poor, and quite frankly it should've been worse if not for Sanders' fumble, Batch's inability to hit a wide open Wallace, Wallace's other drop etc etc. Run defense was sound except for missed tackles especially the ones that led to Dwyer's TD.

I don't even want to go into the Harbaugh challenge; just fire whoever relayed to him that that was a play worth challenging. That lost timeout was costly.

In the BIG scheme of things it's one loss and we are still in good shape. Further observation and analysis would lead one to believe that this team is not one capable of doing any real damage come playoff time. We've already seen what Houston did to us...

I clicked every option on that list. I hope every last person in the Ravens organization has a sleepless night and vows to NEVER play like that again/coach like that again/suck horribly.

I don't think anyone will bash you for accurate criticism of Flacco, he was miserable this game and all criticism is well deserved - although i wouldn't say he's regressed, this one game is what it is, one game, and overall I think he's better than he was last year, when he was downright appalling for the first half of the season. And I definitely agree with you here - now here's where I'm wondering if that's Cam calling passes or Joe deciding to audible out of run plays.

it really sucks pittsburgh has the same defense every year because Lebeau never leaves but we have to "adjust" to a new defense every year. thank god the steelers will finally have to adjust next year. Lebeaus going to play golf ! our team has been plagued with bad coordinating throughout our 5 years. mattison with his prevent, pees using constant zones when we can't communicate, and of course who guessed it mr cameron. one year one year please where its the lack of talent than the coaching. nothing feels worse than underachieving with talent. i have to deal with this following the ravens and now the lakers. what we are is a team that is underachieving (performance wise) with talent but doing better than the eagles because we have more luck (KC Game, Dallas missed FG, @ steelers w/ no ben, 4th and 29, etc etc)
