Our WRs don't get the benefit of running different Routes. Steelers WRs get to run slants, crosses, posts, Digs, Drags, seams ,along with the comebacks, curls, out routes and steaks that we only allow our guys to run.
When a WR has the element of being unpredictable with what route they may or may not run. It gives them that second of separation because the CB can't just grab, and sit on the route like with us.

SB hopes just got a serious reality check. Charlie Batch didn't even play a good game.. he had prime blocking and wide open wr's all night.. he actually should've put up more points on our flat, out of synch D. Almost glad we lost, our guys are flying way too high off that 9-2 record we had.. thinking they can just show up and go through the motions and still come out with a W. We came ready to play, but not with that "Go all out for the W" mentality. Pitt is garbage without ben.. out coached and outplayed by an inferior team. Our luck was bound to run out eventually.. can't help but say we were over due for some bad fortune. Our players should just be thanking their lucky stars this game didn't have more impact on the division but that's pathetic. Letting your arch rival limp into the playoffs when you had a chance to put them out of their misery.

I'm still stunned.. we should've won that game comfortably. dean pees had no response for the short screens and checkdowns. Man I miss Pagaono.. the adjustments just weren't there. Sizzle is injured this is a mess we made out of prime opportunity to drive the stake into Pitt.

I agree but he had plays drawn up to win the game . Players didn't finish. Stupid penalties, dropped passes, unblocked rushers... etc.
